Any Animal Crossing players here?

I am wondering if anyone else is a fan of this Nintendo series? 

Is anyone else super excited about New Leaf coming out for the 3DS next month?  I simply cannot wait! I already have it pre-ordered. I will be nagging Gamestop all morning until I know their shipment is in.

It looks like it's gonna be really good with all the new features and customization. I am sure someone here must be getting the game. Perhaps we can exchange friend codes?

I love Animal Crossing! I have New Leaf pre-ordered as well, can't wait. I've been itching to play Animal Crossing again. I have Wild World but I haven't touched it in so long I dread what it must look like... so many weeds! I can't bring myself to erase my save though.

Would love to exchange friend codes (and fruit!) once it arrives.

I preordered it on Amazon I may change that if they come out with some good preorder bonuses at Target or whatever I would live to exchange friend codes

I really want the limited edition AC 3DS XL bundle that's coming out. I actually would have bought it, but I don't like how the game is pre-installed in the 3DS. l like an actual hard copy of the game. I am weird like that. But the AC 3DS looks like a strawberry pop-tart.   Tis awesome!

June 9th is so close yet so faaaaar. I have been itching for a new AC game too. Hope it's worth the wait!

YES! The kids and I have been waiting several years for this game to come out. Finally, the day is in sight. We love Animal Crossing.

I have it for Gamecube and adore it but I haven't really gotten any newer ones.

I am a big fan! Just restarted my Wild World town actually, haha.
I am soooo excited for New Leaf! I mean you can have a flamingo in your town!! That is amazing.

I love Animal Crossing! I have it on GameCube,DS and Wii,although I haven't played any in a few months. I am also getting New Leaf,though probably not until my birthday (July 16th). I'd love to add you when I get it!

I have an extensive game save on DS, but I need to get another DS to play the cartridge in.  I really loved that game.  If I have some spare cash sometime this summer I will buy a good used DS Lite and play again.

That's another game I'm excited for! The Pokemon X and Y games. Too bad we have to wait all the way until fall, but hopefully AC will keep me busy until then.
Oh, and I also have the new Rune Factory game pre-ordered for July. That's another must-have for me!

I've played all the AC games since the GameCube one. I will have to say City Folk for the Wii was a letdown. It was basically Wild World (which was amazing) with a few added things.....not worth the price tag.
However, New Leaf looks like it has enough new things to make it totally worthwhile! I think when I get paid on Friday I am gonna head to Gamestop and pay up on the rest of my pre-order so I can just run in and pick it up on the 9th. I'll be up past my bedtime that day, LOL.

It's good to see so many people are excited for this game! I'll bump this thread up on the 9th and we can all exchange friend codes!

I have New Leaf preordered and paid off at Gamestop. I can't wait! Animal Crossing has some of the most addicting gameplay ever.
