Aww, I'm *pretty* sure I had her as a child, before my childhood collection was sold
Hopefully I'll find another one, some day. 3

Same here. I would get the pony if I came across her for a nice price, because I do collect G2 ponies and don't own her yet, but I'm not super interested in the playset (mainly because play sets take up too much space xD).

Pony Corral / Re: A look at yellow ponies« on: September 24, 2021, 04:05:54 AM »
Yeah I'm not fond of that combination either, I think for me pink and yellow are one of my least combinations regardless of how they're distributed. There are some really nice yellow ponies! I really like Swirly Whirly, though I prefer her aqua-haired German version, I'm not a huge fan of mono-yellow. Dancing Butterflies and Red Roses are also both beautiful ponies. Does Golden Light from G2 count as yellow? Because she's also gorgeous, all versions of her. Funny, I purchased Dancing Butterflies, Swirly Whirly, and Princess Golden Light all within the last 2 months - I guess I like yellow ponies more than I thought! visitors can't see pics , please register or login 6

I'll admit it took a while for me to warm up to yellow ponies. Yellow is the type of colour for me that can be a total hit or miss depending on how it's combined. Funnily enough the yellow-body-pink-hair combo is actually one of my least favourites (sorry)
One that I don't see mentioned in your post but which I do like: Tic-Tac-Toe (and baby), who I think are gorgeous:) Also: Dutch butterfly pony! (sadly I don't have her) 7

From everything I've read so far, it sounds like you guys don't expect these will (ever) be sold by Amazon then?
I'm just a little confused because some of the reproductions, such as Gusty and Posey, are still available on (European) Amazon, while others I don't know if they were ever sold there or ever will. Being based in Europe, Amazon is simply my best bet for any MLP repros 10
Introductions / Hello pony friends« on: August 19, 2021, 08:33:08 AM »
Hi there, my name is Nina and I'm from the Netherlands.
I loved my MLP when I was kid (in the early 90s), but unfortunately my mother sold them all when she decided I was too old and I'd stopped playing with them. Now I really wish I'd fought harder to keep them! I think it was in 2017 that I seriously started collecting MLP as an adult, after realising how much joy they still bring me and finding out that there's quite an active collectors' community. My childhood ponies were Generation 1 and a few Generation 2, so those are the ones I feel most connected to. Some of my favourites are the Twinkle Eyed ponies and Brush n Grow ponies. I have an Instagram account that's completely dedicated to MLP (also user @Mooncovered), so feel free to look me up there. I look forward to getting to know some people on here!
