Me confused, what makes her 'black tie' Pinkie Pie other than the clothes? It looks like a regular FS PP to me? Does she have some other factor that distinguishes her from her other FS releases?

Black balloon symbol. There was an earlier posting of her without the little outfit and she had her black and pink symbol rather than blue and yellow.

Also the hair is different. In this ver. she has a light pink stripe in her hair. I'm not sure how her hair colors compare to the regular but to me the darker pink looks even darker than the reg. ver. Could just be the pic though?

Ohhh I see! In the first pic you can juuuust see the edge of a black balloon around the pink tutu. And it does seem like her hair might be two different shades of pink, though with these pics it's hard to tell for sure. Thanks guys

I like her dress, but without the black hair she is not different enough from any other Pinkie, imo.
