I really love the doll of Sunset and I were asking if she's already for sale somewhere. I only saw the mane six on Ebay for know.
Also will she be also sold seperatly or only with Twilight together?

Right now all we have seen is the double box set of her and Twilight. However, there are doll + pony sets still to come at some point - so its possible she will be in one of those.
