Yes, I know about the controversy, but I've already placed a Taobao order  .  Most of my items have arrived to the agent's office, but according to my calculations, it seems like I went a little over the 1 kg limit and will end up paying the equivalent of 1.5kg, so there's still some room in my order for let's say one fashion style pony or two regular ponies. If anyone is interested, PM me with the url of interest.  Keep in mind that the first half kg EMS cost is over $19 dollars alone so this is your chance to get that variant without paying the full EMS cost, just a fraction of the cost that will be prorrated to the weight of your item. I prefer if you stick to one kind of pony to make the process faster (i.e 2 diamond roses for example).  And, of course, no :muffin: Ponies, that was my hope too.

At the time I placed my order some sellers had FS variants like wingless Rainbow Dashies and Rarity/Celestia variants (Ralestias?), tinseless FS Celestia and Luna and other common but hard to find like Stardreams, Diamond Rose and Cherry Pie.  Some also had Princess Cadence and Shining Armor too.  You have to do your own search (taobao.com or even yoybuy.com, but make sure you're looking at the actual taobao page as it has more information/pictures than the one from yoybuy) as the stock is constantly changing. I placed an order for a Cherry Berry and the next day they were all gone, before my agent could purchase it.  That's why I ask to limit to one type of pony because of the amount of time consumed with the agent per transaction.  One pony is OK too, dede88, I just don't want to go over the weight limit.

Please go to taobao.com and do you search to get an idea of the cost. I'll be something like the cost of item+the shipping from the seller to the agent+ a percentage of my EMS cost(prorrated to the weight of your item)+shipping to your home.  First person to PM with the URL gets the deal

I'll be in China as of Wednesday next week, so if you want I can place smaller orders for you and send them at cost. Postage from China really isn't that much..

OK, the order is now full. Thanks to all of you who showed interest. I intend to post about my experience with this agent once the ponies arrive.  If the experience is good, perhaps I can place a group order in the future ;)

I'd be very interested to know which buyer you use if everything goes alright - which I hope it does! - I've found a fantastic eBayer who bought ponies for me, but I don't want to take the proverbial asking for him to pick up more when he sells them on eBay as well.

Ooo I'd love to get in on a group order if anyone does one in the future! I'm sad I was asleep when this thread went up.
Thank you Thimble for my amazingly cute avatar!

It wouldn't have helped, the thread has been necromanced.  The order was placed in April.
