Yes she was. Original releases of Signature Clawdeen had smooth fingers, later she got clawed hands.

Does anyone have a pic they could post of the two sets of hands?  I would love to see them both... I'm not sure what the claws look like, or if I'd know the difference?

Its ok... I have had to learn as I go too... I originally thought I had sig holt... but found out I had a re-release... It happens and its nothing to be ashamed of... Im still learning about the wonky eyes everyone is talking about... More than likely I have a ton of wonk-eyed dolls and it doesnt seem to bother me any... My mom atually traded me her MIB toralei for mine... apparently she didnt like the way her's looked and didnt realize I had an extra one... Lol...

Ok, so I dragged mine out to have a look.... and shamefully.. I still can't tell?? Wow! Seems to me that my girl's look the same as the other girls'.. the fingers kind of seem to flex upward, while in the pic with the 'claws', they look more like the fingers/claws are flexing slightly downward.. does this make sense? Maybe I won't be able to tell for sure unless I take a pic and blow it up?

When I look at the pictures it's the thumbs that look the most different.  Maybe compare the thumbs on yours with each picture mejohnson posted.  Just a thought.

The 'clawed' hands almost appear as if they are holding onto something. The fingers are bent at all joints. The original release hands have outstretched fingers, almost hyperextended-looking.

The one on the left is the original, with fingers extending slightly outwards, and the other is the clawed version with defined fingernails and fingers flexing inwards.

Thank you also for the pics of the hands Yes, they definitely look posed differently. I am posting a pic of my girl's hands, but I apologize for being such a horrible photographer, have you really ever seen worse??   
They're so tiny, except when you see them in pics! Amazing what a pic can tell, that just maybe looking at things can't tell!
I think my girl's hands look like they're human, from what I can tell, and especially based on the posing position of them. What do you think?

Those are human... the clawed ones bend towards her palm like she is holding something, while the human hands flew outwards... like yours in the picture
