Am I the only one who doesn't really care? The only one of those ponies that's remotely sought after is Tickles, and the rest are in pretty baity condition. Honestly, it's no different than making a custom. And yes, I hope she's careful about which ponies she uses, but I think everyone's going a little bit overboard...
I'm not really sure how they look baity? They all look like they're in pretty good condition to me. Aside from some hair frizz. Not trying to come off as rude if I am but they just don't look like they're in bait condition to me. Also these are gonna mold and rot. If the roots grow too much, they're gonna kill the plastic too. I just feel like this is a waste.

I have to agree with BrightIdea and BluePheonix. If it was in package, clearly never opened, then it would be more obviously a factor error. But with these, there is no proof that someone hasn't just swapped the heads. From what I understand, G4s heads really aren't that difficult to remove, and these are the only ones I see head swaps on.
Regardless, she does look pretty.

Yeah I can't find any information on it. Went searching more after posting and I've found nothing on it. It's either bootleg, or something that no one really bought and so there aren't many.

I searched the copyright that they said was on the tag and found nothing so I'm guessing it's a fakie. Not to mention the tag would probably say Hasbro on it somewhere.
As for the price, it's iffy. It's a plush I can't seem to find so I might be rare but not finding any info could also mean no one is searching for it and it's not worth much.

The worst I've managed to do so far wasn't to a pony, but myself. Sliced my finger pretty good trying to get a head off.
At least I now know the dangers of acetone and lamps.

I'm going to have this stuck in my head all day, it's rather catchy. Definitely a nod towards Jem though.

I was kind of joking with the custom comment, I had no idea what Shimmers were.

Round 'n Round is the one with orange hair. Pretty Parasol is the one with white/pink hair.

Take a gander at this monstrosity I just got. It was so creepy I had to buy it!! 20 cents at a thrift shop!! visitors can't see pics , please register or login visitors can't see pics , please register or login
That's horrifying but you might end up with a pretty cool custom if you sculpted over the top. Gosh some of these fakies are cute but there are more horrifying ones.

Here's another possibility-

The Rainbow ponies (and the original Earth ponies) were reissued a while back. Mine are still in the box, so I'm not sure about all the differences besides brighter colors, but I recall some of the members opening them when they were released and commenting on how much harder the plastic was. Maybe someone with open ones would be able to say more.
If you're talking the 25th anniversary, yes they seem harder. I have a Minty from that set and her body didn't seem quite as soft as I'd imagined it to be, even harder than some G3s. As for if it's original release then age can have something to do with it.

Awesome! I wonder how the book fair got it early if Amazon doesn't have it until April 2nd? Looking forward to pictures!
Book fairs tend to get some exclusives or get some books early I think. I remember them having things I'd not seen anywhere else. Gosh I do miss school book fairs. But this is pretty cute, I might have to buy it when it comes out on Amazon.

This sounds like fun. I don't think my music is too out there that someone couldn't create a pony from one of them. And I doubt any of you listen to as weird of music as you think you do.

Ratchet and Clank Collection. I've finished 1 and 2 but replaying them to earn back trophies since I switched accounts. I may or may not have cheated to get 1,000,000 bolts though. (But who could blame someone for cheating to get bolts in that game, it takes forever!)

Thanks guys. I'm going to go ahead and get Folk Art then. I'm not using tons or white or yellow (only for eyes and one horn for two customs) but I'd rather use something that I know covers better and is going to frustrate me less.
Hopefully sometime my dad and I can split the money for an airbrush to make things easier in terms of painting.

She's looking at me with those eyes saying "Buy me!" but my wallet keeps telling me no. She's adorable though, I love the blossoms and the hair.
