I honestly just don't care for the Quackers pose. It wouldn't stop me from collecting ponies in that pose but it's still my least favorite.

Is there any printing on these guys? I know I had that pink one but I threw them out (Why did I do that) They also had larger parent ponies and saddles, the parents even had winged saddles.

Yes those! I'm hoping maybe I didn't throw mine out, I really liked them. EDIT: Missed the fourth page Thanks for telling me the name too guys. I remember having two adults and two babies that came in a set. I can't remember where. Either way when/if I find them, I'll take pictures to add to here.

Get some the canned air dusters to get the dust off, I find they work well for cleaning my collectables.
But yeah her box is in pretty bad shape. I'd still consider her value to be higher than loose.

I'm looking for a baity G1 boy pony. I don't care who as long as he's absolutely a bait because I am looking to customize him.
I'm not sure how rare the boys are and so I don't want to take any risks.

Have band-aids nearby when using an exacto knife.
I cut my finger pretty good one time and was lucky we had them close. Thankfully it wasn't as deep as I expected.

I don't mind collecting Ponies with flaws and enjoy the rescue of damaged ponies. But I have yet to own any G1s so I haven't had a pony with age spots yet.

I decided that I'm going to clean her up and style her hair, so right now I'm letting the conditioner sit in her hair for a while. (She also had tail rust) I'll post some pictures after I'm done!

Sadly with all that work on it, I think the only thing you could do to make it go away is sunfade, and I'm sure you'd rather not. Either way she displays well so I wouldn't be too worried about it!
The others look really great too, I love seeing threads like this.
I would actually like to sunfade her but I read that it's a bad idea on purple and blue ponies and she has a pinkish purple tone, however I remember someone transforming a dingy Windy by sunfading her. I could try doing the bottom of a hoof, unless someone yells no. 
Thank you all for the kind words about the fixing up. I'd like to clean more of her ponies. She has a Starglow with some factory curls left. Would love to try to restore those. She also has a Glow that still has pink hair. Yep, she has some nice ponies. Although, I also started appreciating my childhood ponies a bit more. I'm about five years older than her and I have the common early ponies but I love them and none of hers had glittery symbols whereas for me, that's something I strongly link with MLPs.
Ah yeah, I thought it was the darker ponies but you're probably right! I've never tried sunfading (I live in western Washington so it's pretty hard to do here) so I never remember all the details. I'd love to see some more clean ups or restores.

Ah okay thank you! Yeah I usually look at StrawberryReef first but I didn't see much there.
Now I can't decide if I want to keep them both or just one.

So one day I dug around my bait bin and found Strawberry Swirl. I cleaned her up and decided to keep her. Well today I found I have another but realized something, this one has a red hoof heart, the other I have is pink. The one with the red hoof heart also has a smaller cutie mark than the other (it's also a bit darker). Both have tinsel hair if that means anything.
I know there were two sets she came in, did one change her up a bit from the previous? Or do I have a strange variant?

Oh I've spent money on ebay and regretted it too. Or bid on an auction thinking "No way I'll win" and it was an item I only kind of wanted. Then few days later, come to find out that I did win and had buyers remorse. It happens to us all at some point. You like her, that's what counts. Yeah she's not worth much but it happens.
