Poor ponies.
How did you decard her without taking the bubble off?
The bottom looks like it was opened but only enough to get the pony out. I didn't even know this could happen, it's sad they had to be taken out of the package but they seem like they'd be a lot nicer now at least.

I would probably buy it if I lived in the UK and had the money. Not that I imagine my dad or boyfriend would be very thrilled but I bet my daughter would love it.
If there is a money pool started, I'll try to contribute to it. I'd like to see it go to a collector.

I only really got one and it's that I HATE tinsel in most ponies. Some it's okay but I'd much rather pull out all the tinsel. It just crinkles easy and just bothers me.
Oh and I guess BBE are creepy but I don't hate them and I don't really see that as unpopular.

What's your dirtiest fixer upper? Do they have a bad case of rust or lots of pen marks (maybe even Sharpie)? I'd like to see how well they've been fixed.
Currently working on a Tex right now that I originally thought of baiting but after I got him, he looked too nice for it. But he's got an awful case of rust, which I'll post pictures for soon once he's clean.

I think the "jumping the shark moment" for me with the brony merch is when I saw the Pinkie Pie "Come At Me, Brony" shirt at Hot Topic a few days ago.
I wish that didn't exist. I really wish they'd step it up with the G4 line, even if they had to charge more. If "bronies" are willing to spend HUNDREDS on custom plushies, they'll spend the money on a good, show accurate pony. Not that everybody would but I'm sure a lot would. And they'd probably still be cheap enough for parents to afford.

Well, we don't find so much actual merch up here, but of the toys-merch, I've got to say Fluttershy's blindbag. Until I actually hold the new-show-accurate mould in my hot little hooves, that's my biggest pet peeve.
I forgot about that Fluttershy, that really annoyed me. Chrysalis is worse than I thought. I never bothered to actually study her before and, yes, she does look dreadful. Still not as bad as the new large Alicorn Twilight. visitors can't see pics , please register or login
Anybody have a match and some gasoline? (I'll be honest though, when I was little, I would have loved this toy to bits. It was drilled into my head to love anything pink/purple and ponyish, whether or not the quality was actually there.)
That's horrifying. Surely they could do much better?

If no one else tries it, I'll maybe find a cheap UV black light and see what it does to a pony. It seems like it would be pretty hard to get a pony under the lamp so I'd just build my own little box.

I was really disappointed with Vinyl Scratch (I hate calling he DJ Pon-3) with those painted on glasses. I think I'll still buy her but it's pretty sad. Zecora did bug me a bit with the glow in the dark. I wish they would have made two versions. It was a nice idea but I would have liked a choice. Queen Chrysalis is down right horrible though. Also I remember when G4 first started popping up, the pink Celestia angered me.
Overall G4 has disappointed me a lot. The only stuff I own is a few blind bags. I will still buy some more but I wish they'd come up with some better products.

I wouldn't mind finding some old G3.5s, they've grown on me.
I think the Target around here is mostly current but I'm so unfamiliar with G4 toys, I couldn't tell you.

My Chap meis!
Be still my heart! You took better care of yours than I did. The plastic wigs ended up leaving coloured marks on the plastic.

I despise tinsel so I wouldn't be bothered but it is pretty cheap and just comes off as sloppy to me. I hate when things like that don't match. I'd probably just end up picking all the tinsel out of the mane if they didn't match.

Don't care much for the fabric they use in the tail and mane. It's got that funky stretch metallic stuff.
Yeah that's what's bothering me too. And the colours look a little muted because of it. Other than that though, they're really cute. I may consider picking up a few.
