Was going through a long forgotten box of Ponies and 1/6 scale action figures and found this little guy from a previous life

I really thought it was made custom by someone here on the Arena back in the early 2000s, when I was still relatively new to the arena.  Unfortunately, a search through my ancient messages and my posting history turns up nothing.  :(

Anyone here from back then remember making this little custom Star-Watcher for me?
