Is it just me or do certain G3 poses, like donkey pose, make ponies look smaller? I'll have to look at my herd and compare them, but when I look a pics online I notice this with certain poses.

I had a friend visit and he accidentally left his watch. He lives 5 hours away and so he asked me to mail it. What's the best way to pack and then ship something like this? It's a touchscreen watch and I don't want to damage it. But I've never mailed a package before. My work has a gift shop and I have a slew of packing materials at my disposal: bubble padded 9 in. x 12 in. envelopes, bubble wrap, jewelry gift boxes with fabric lining inside, tissue paper, etc.....

Hey Folks:
This is my first time on the arena in a long time and I'm debating selling off a large portion of my collection. However, I've never sold anything online before and never sent packages before. Are there any good how to guides for selling ponies (how to wrap them, package them, estimate shipping costs, etc...)?
At this point I'm only considering this route, and just wanna get a feel for what I'm in for. If I do sell online, I'm thinking the arena would be best, as I want to avoid fees, etc... and would love my collection to go to fellow collectors.
My ponies are G1 and G3.

Today I logged onto my computer to find that someone in another state hacked into my Ebay account and made 3 fraudulent purchases using my Paypal account.
I have reported the activity to Ebay & Paypal, changed my passwords for both, changed my security questions, and changed my email password. I'm about to change my banking password too. Paypal is investigating the matter and said it should take 7-10 days. Total money stolen via Paypal is ~$100. Should I notify the sellers? Neither company mentioned doing so.

I bought a nonpony item on 7/20. The next day, the seller provided a tracking#, but all the tracking status says is: "The seller has provided a tracking number. The tracking status will be updated once the shipment reaches the carrier." On 8/2, I emailed the seller to inquire about the item's status. On 8/3, she said she'd checked with the post office and they had no explanation as to why I hadn't received the item or why the tracking hadn't updated. She asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement sent. I suggested waiting another week and seeing if anything changes. On 8/10, I emailed her and advised I still hadn't received the item and would like a refund. After getting no reply, I sent a second message on 8/12.
I still have not gotten any reply so I've just opened a case. It's weird because she has active listings and was quickly responsive when I'd initially emailed her.

I've never had an ebay seller cancel a BIN before, and yet I've had 2 sellers do so within the last week.
The first seller emailed me saying that before packing the item for shipping, she realized the supplement I'd bought had expired and asked if I wanted a 50% refund or to cancel the order. I said if it's expired, then we should cancel. She cancelled the order citing "Order cancelled per buyer's request."
With the second seller, I paid immediately after hitting the BIN button. Then 30 minutes later, the seller opened a case requesting a cancellation citing "Seller and buyer disagree over terms." There was no message explaining or anything. Just an opened case and a refund. I granted the cancellation request since the seller had refunded me. Now I see on ebay that they've relisted the item I'd bought and have it listed at a higher price. That's pretty shady. And their feedback shows other buyers complaining of the same behavior with other items.
I'm irked because this is annoying, and I'd like to leave feedback in the case of the latter, but the item no longer shows in my history.

I thought this would be a fun topic to throw out there for those who had ponies as a kid:
1) Who were your favorite ponies in your childhood herd?
For me this would be Sweet Stuff, Moonstone, and Morning Glory.
2) If your herd now were to consist of only the ponies you had as a kid, would your favorites be the same now as they were then?
Sweet Stuff would still be one of my favorites, but Mirror Mirror, MM Windy, and Blueberry Baskets would be right up there with her. I didn't love the latter 3 as much as I do now. Although I still like Morning Glory, I wouldn't rank her nearly as high as I did then. And with Moonstone, she'd be toward the bottom of the list now.
3) Do you have any unexpected favorites in your adult herd?
Yes, TE Bright Eyes and Speedy.

I rented the movie Split last night. Has anyone else seen it? I was really disappointed in the ending and would have loved a greater twist than Kevin climbing walls and being able to withstand shotgun shells, and Bruce Willis's appearance in the closing scene to indicate the film is connected to another M. Night Shyamalan film.
I was really hoping to see one of the following scenarios end the film:
1) The stained glass and demon statue shown earlier in the film serve as foreshadowing of what's to come and Kevin ends up sprouting demon-like wings thereby morphing from man to a true supernatural beast and perhaps shedding light on the origin of mythological beings.
2) Kevin undergoes a sort of mitosis where the Beast and Kevin physically separate from one another showing that the separate personalities are capable of becoming truly independent beings.
3) The audience learns that Kevin actually does not have DID, but instead Dr. Fletcher does. A separate identity of hers is revealed to have been secretly brainwashing Kevin to bring greater attention to the condition she secretly suffers from and is only subconsciously aware of. Perhaps an additional twist could be that the Beast is one of her identities.
What did others who saw the film think of it? Did you see the ending as a letdown?

I'm curious if anyone had anything like this happen and what the end result was:
I bought some doll clothes from a seller based in China on Jan. 23rd. On Jan. 25th, the item shipped and reached the U.S. on Jan. 31st. On Feb 3rd, the package reached a destination facility in my state about 90 minutes away from me. Then on Feb. 5th, the tracking says "In transit to destination". That was 9 days ago and there were no updates after that. The item is shipping via U.S. Postal Service. Has anyone had a package just drop off the radar so close to their home and for so long? If so, what was the end result?

At the end of tonight's episode of The Mick when Ben was opening his last present, there was an assortment of stuff in the box, including a pony. Did my eyes deceive me or was that Salty making a TV appearance 30 years after his creation by Hasbro?

Yesterday, I bought a couple ponies from a seller who offered combined shipping. In the seller's listing it said to wait for an invoice for combined shipping before paying if buying multiple items. Both items were BIN, and when I hit the "Buy It Now" button the only option that displayed was a single button that said "Confirm and Pay". There was no option to confirm the order but pay at a later time. I don't recall ever having this dilemma before. Has Ebay recently changed its settings/options during the checkout process?
I ended up just hitting the "Confirm and Pay" button because I didn't want to wait and risk having someone else buy the items while I was trying to figure this out. However, it'd be good to know for future reference if there's an option I missed somewhere.

I watched Rescue at Midnight Castle last night. I've seen it over a dozen times but didn't notice the presence of Twinkles the cat until yesterday.
Also, last time I watched it I noticed that all the sea ponies' colors correspond to other ponies in the cartoon. For Sealight (whose colors correspond w/ Baby Ember) and Wavedancer (whose colors correspond with Firefly) this makes sense as their cartoon colors match the toys. But Seawinkle's hair color was changed from purple to pink (corresponding with Bow Tie) and the nonspeaking sea ponies' colors just happen to correspond with Medley, Applejack, and Bubbles. Any one else notice this?

For Christmas I received pretty standard gifts: candy, clothes, etc... I also received some scratch off lottery tickets. Well among them was this: visitors can't see pics , please register or login
