I just got notification from the mod, to let everyone know that partners were not chosen based on skill sets.
this is not a skill based swap. i gave 2 days for people to withdraw, hopefully everyone saw this and is going to stay. if that is not the case you need to let me know right away. many are buying bases, and have even started, so to be fair to your partner. please post in the thread if you are staying or pm me if you are leaving.
I will attest that each customizer in this swap is talented.

the date are:
Sign ups now until July 6th (8pm central time)

First check in: Aug 1st
Second check in: Sept 5th
Final Check in: Oct 3rd- 15th
In the mail by: Nov 3rd -latest possible day to ship.

Rules and regulations
1.   This swap will be open to all customizers who can provide pictures of 2 customs, we will have a few spaces available for new customizer who can provide at least one picture of a rehaired custom. As per the arena rules you need to have been  an active member for three month by sign up, with at least 300 post (if it’s close excepts might be made the important part is proving that you are active) and you need to have 5 feedback or verified positive feedback from someplace like ebay or etsy.  MUST be over 16.
2.   MUST be willing to ship internationally.  I want it to be fair to all partners and don’t want to exclude anyone overseas because of shipping. If you 100% can’t ship overseas, please let me know why and I’ll see what I can do.
3.   I reserve the right to reject an application. This will only be done if one of the listed rules or requirements are not met and is not personal.
4.   If you are going to be late to the photo check-in or can’t ship on time, keep in contact with me, so I know you aren’t dropping out, which will result in appropriate feedback. Letting me know what’s going on will prevent this.
5.   Do not post spoiler or let anyone know who your partner is. Once your partner has received their box you can post a thread with the custom you made, but not before. If you have any questions for your partner please send them to me and I will relay them to your partner and send you the reply
6.   If you want to send your partner extras that is fine and even encouraged, but don’t let the extras out trump the pony. That’s what this swap is all about.
7.   If you’ve read all the rules here add Cinderella's Castle, somewhere in your application form.
8.   SHIPPING!! When shipping, make sure the pony is well protected. Please don’t send any ponies in a padded envelope. Please use a sturdy box, that will make sure the pony and any goodies will get there safely.
9.   Send your applications to rosierjay. if you have any question for your partner please send them to me as well.


Theme Guidelines
1.   You must make at least one fully customized pony for your partner's box.
2.   If you want to make additional customs for your partner that is perfectly fine, but please remember that the requirements are only one pony and if you send multiple customs your partner is not obligated (nor will they know) to do the same.
3.   Sculpting is optional and will not be a separate category. if you thing the best way to make the custom your partner will love is sculpting, then feel free to be as elaborate as you want, but remember this is not a requirement so you may receive a pony with no sculpting.
4.   The pony made for your partner should follow the list they provided. Either Focusing on one of their favorite characters of the movie in general. You are welcome to get specific and make a pony of a character, so long as you know it's a character your partner likes. (don't make cruella de Vil if they only like the puppies etc.) you can also do a general theme of the movie or a scene. but again please be aware of what your partner has requested.

Generations you are ok receiving: G1- in baby or adult (no moving parts please), G2-baby (0.0 too expensive!) G2 Adult (no moving parts aside from head please), G3-baby, G4- any
Generations or poses you don’t want: G1-collector’s pose, g1 beddy bye eyes, G3-diva pose, G3.5.
Things you like to see in customs: I like ponies with factory length hair.  Long hair can be pretty, but difficult to display. (feel free to give any of the guys a boy cut too. Hehe )
What ever is needed to make the custom complete. i am totally ok with perfume puff style hair, just not smelling like perfume.
Things you don’t like in customs: Boy ponies with girly eyelashes. Can be very simple. Ok with me.
Other Info for your partner: 
Allergies etc: Wheat, Gluten, Dust and Kitties. Please don’t let your kitty snuggle the pony. *achoo!*
