Your top 5 ponies?

I had a dream last night that aliens were attacking and we had to pack light and leave our home. Weird I know. ,
Anyway, I remember my hubby telling me I had to pick just a few because I could only carry a backpack. I remember feeling panic as I had to choose and sadness that the rest would be destroyed. 
It got me thinking I should probably have a top 5 or 10 ponies in case I had to leave in a hurry. Obviously, if there were a fire, I would just go. What if there were a little time though? I only know my top 2 favorites are TAF Yum yum and Munchy.
How about you guys? Do you have your top picks all set in case you had to grab them and go?

That's a tough one. There are differences between favorite pony, most difficult to replace, highest sentimental value.

1. Complete Spain Texas - for all 3 reasons (childhood pony, valuable, not replaceable)
2. MOC Italy Surprise - difficult to find
3. G3 Cancer Pony MIB - impossible to replace
4. G4 white prototype Celestia - same as above
5. MOC Love Melody - one of the rare pony gifts from my parents

Aaaaa that's hard. I'd say it's a tie between my int g1s (UK Vanilla Treat, German Raindrop, Argie baby Moondancer, Spanish Flutterbye and Peruvian Medley) and my harder to find G4 fashion styles (Daisy Dreams, Muffins, RP Applejack and RP Twilight). Honestly though, if aliens were attacking I'd probably just barricade myself in my pony room and hold out for as long as I could, accepting certain death

Hmm... if it came down to five ponies that are hard to replace that I'd grab, it would have to be:

1. Mimic
2. Soft Sleepy Newborn Sweet Dreams
3. I can't decide... I'd try to grab all three of the second set of adult sea ponies I have and count them as one!
4. Night Glider
5. My MOC Baby Ballerina... must save the MOC!

Could not choose five. In terms of replaceability, the only OOAK pony I have is baby susie in the looking up pose, but in terms of sentiment, too many of my ponies have memories or meaning attached to them.

I tried writing a list, but too many ponies came to mind. There's the one my best friend got me when we first became friends, the ones my mother spent ages looking for because she knew I'd like them, the ones from my Grandmother, my grails, it's hard to narrow it down. If there were ever a fire in my house, and I only had a few moments to grab important ponies, I'd probably be able to grab all of them. The 'important' ones are all on display in one cabinet or by my records. I'd probably be able to sweep my arm across the shelf and throw them all into a bag. Whilst they might get messy hair or marks, they'd be safe.

That sounds like a good plan to me!  But to seriously answer the question...

I don't have too much in the way of valuable ponies, just a few in the $30+ range.  So in no particular order:
1. G1 January Carnation (my first G1)
2. G3 Waterfire (my favorite)
3. G1 Cupcake (beautiful condition)
4. G1 Dazzleglow (I like the glow-in-the-dark gimmick)
5. G3 Merriweather and G3 Moondancer (the real start of my collection, shhh I know that's two of them)

Uuuugh, that was hard.   I left out some ones I'd really want to take too.

It's funny you started this thread from a nightmare. I had one where the house was on fire. My daughter, dog, and I were outside, but my daughter kept holding me back while I cried "I have to save the ponies!" and struggled to get back to the house.

3) a baby pony..... would probably end up lucky-dipping because I can't choose!  Maybe euro Lickety Split, love her in that pose

Soo hard!!  Others on my short list would be Mummy Sunbright, sparkle Twinkler, Sparkler and Diamond Dreams, sparkle baby Starflower, the TAF babies, Hip Hop, Vanilla Treats, Ice Crystal, and Baby Explorer.

-Baby Glory & Baby Moondancer (counting as one because they're small and always close lol)
-G4 Sweetie Swirl
-G1 Applejack (sentimental reasons)

That's not to say I wouldn't be attempting to stuff as many other ponies in a bag as I could, but if I had to choose those would probably be my first choice. It's really weird trying to pick favorites though o.o
