here you will find a great tutorial on making doll slopers ( Patterns for dolls with figures).  I have tried the torso or bodice sloper and it works really well there is also a pants sloper tutorial as well.  Good luck!

Google Free Barbie sewing patterns.  there are tons out there.  with a little modification they will fit.  I have made them before.

you might try a blow dryer.  make sure you don't get it so close that is bubbles the paint or melts him.  but it may be just a nice sunny window could do the job.   be patient it may take a bit.

Thank you everyone!  Both Dolls are by Kaye Wiggs.  Nelly is an SD 23" and Alina (Lillie) is a yosd 11".   Now I need to get one of her MSD sized 18" to complete the set.

 Virginia is an amazing artist.   I just had my Mei done by her as you can see in her pictures she did a great job!  I would highly recommend her.
