I was looking at Spirit stuff on target.com when I found these:

Apparently they're from a line called "Winner's Stable" which seems to be new. They're made by Just Play who are the same people behind the Spirit Riding Free toys. The horses stand 7 inches tall and the dolls are 5 inches tall (classic scale basically).

How do you feel about about them? I think they're really cute and well-priced (the horse and rider sets are $10 each). Although I do think the tack and clothes are really tacky .

While I don't usually post in the brag arena, December was a great month for ponies (otherwise, not so much). I got a few "grail" ponies I had been wanting for a very long time and a few ponies that were firsts in my collection.

I'll start off with a pony I was very eager to get but didn't see often for sale. I did see one for sale once in great condition but alerted another collector and let them buy it instead since they were trying to complete a set. He has a few issues with his eyes I'll have to fix soon. He also doesn't usually have a forelock, but it seems like a child cut him one at some point. It took me a few tries to get it looking exactly how I wanted it and I eventually settled on this:

I love lanard ponies and had been wanting these two pinto family babies for a while. They were in a lot with my first ever non-mcpony g2.

In that lot was also Sundance, my first g2 pony. She's in great condition and has both her eye crystals. She even came with some accessories! There was also a mcpony Ivy in the lot but I wasn't really excited about her.

I also got my first flutter pony. Despite how common they appear to be, I have NEVER seen one in the wild. I eventually snagged this one on ebay for only $2. She's in great condition and has really pink hair. She was missing her wings but that was fine since that meant I could give her these amazing wings from Crowning_Glory13!
