There is a lot of non paying bidders every month,  4 to 6, and the latest , is  " my daughter accessed my computer and ebay and bided on a lot of stuff, please cancel the transaction "  I  just tell them , it would be a non paying case against them , one of them later paid , the other did not
and also people biding and then retracting , like to just find out how high the bids could go
is so wrong !

That is horrible that this is going on. I was just bidding on some other ponies tonight and I see a lot of Zero feedback people bidding on things?  I wonder what is going on here? Sometimes I wonder if sellers have another account to make there things go up in price!  That is bad of me to think that but it can happen.

Ebay really needs to do something about this!

Oh I did not know that name for it. I have heard about people doing it before and getting caught.

yes, ebay ,can get alerts if the same  pc  is being used to bid on the same listing placed in the IP address
but not sure how enforced is,  and it can always be done  with computers  across the country, let say , I tell my sister in Ca to bid up to 30 on my listing , then I'm sure that my item will sell for more than that, and if it doesn't sell  to anyone else, I can just cancel her transactions , there is ways to get around it  ,but if the same bidders are always on the same sellers listing , then it also will raise flags  if they really want to enforce it I guess,  Does ebay enforce it, I don't think so, the more people pay for an item, the more their  fees are going to be

Ya I think they only care about make more money and not the people that are making them that money! LOL
