What is the going on with people today!!!     This person placed some bids on a lot that I had for sale on ebay. What I don't get it I had buyer limits set to my listings and they will got a bid in on it! They only have one feedback and it was good.

But what I am getting at is the item sold 11th. I sent them two messages and still nothing back! So I opened a non payment case again! I would understand if you cant pay right away, but let the seller know!!!!! 

Does anyone know who this person is?

I dont know this person either - I'll see if I can find out anything though. Partypony is right - this kind of thing getting more and more common on Ebay *sigh*

I know that I have not had much luck either. But one good thing is that the other lot of ponies got payment right away. But the person had a lot of feedback also.

Its sad I don't understand why people do this? What is going threw there minds?

Well I got a message tonight from the buyer. This is what they said.

I do apologize. I've had to take an unexpected weekend roadtrip because my pregnant sister has been admitted to the hospital with health problems. I hadn't had time to check my email or eBay. You will have the payment tomorrow. I understand that people do need the money, but please understand that circumstances occur that you may not have realized. Thank you

While I understand that real life issues arise the NPB thing is becoming more of an issue than it ever was before. Hang in there! There are good buyers out there.

No payment was made yesterday like the message said they were going to do. I am not sure if I can believe what is said anymore when I get a message back. So many make up things

I would just let the NPB case run it's course then. If she hasn't made payment by the third day, close it out and get your fee's back.  Did you have others bidders? If so perhaps you could send a second chance offer to the next highest bidder and see if they are interested, so then you will not have to relist.

Also if she messages you again in regards to it just remain polite and tell her while you understand that RL issues arise that you can no longer wait for payment.  Sorry.

That is what I am going to do.  Yes I do have two others that bided on them. The next person in line is from Canada so I will have to get the shipping for them. 

Yes I did send her a message back and said thank you for getting back to me.

I'd be more likely to believe you if you just said 'oh god i'm so sorry i completely forgot i bid on your auction last week' but when people throw these stories like 'my mother died and my husband fled the country and also i lost a leg last week so i couldn't paypal you that money sorry' it's like yeah. really. reeeaaaally. I'm noticing a pattern here.

Everyone's got a sob story lately.  My cousins's nephews dog has glaucoma, so I can't pay you until the 12th of never.  I'm not trying to be cynical, but there are only so many times you can hear crazy stories and get screwed.
