I would maybe recommend filling her up with soapy water and letting her sit a little while to soften and break up the debris. What I usually do to help with cleaning ponies whose poses make it difficult to reach is taking a Q-tip and bending it into a shape to match the curvature of the leg, and then using a pair of needle-nose pliers to hold onto it instead of trying to hold it with your hand. It extends your reach and it's easier to get in the crevices when you aren't worrying about trying to fit your fingers in with the Q-tip >u< You could also try stuffing a cotton ball in there and twisting it around with the pliers to clean stuff out if the Q-tip thing doesn't work.I hope that helps some!
If you needed to scrub, clean eyelash brushes are good
Mascara brushes is what I meant to say. Wow. Where's my brain?
