I realized that I prefer to make up new colors for ponies rather than color them in "correctly." I also like to make variants to ponies like giving Pinkie Pie red and cream hair. So... am I alone in this? Do you like making up your own pony colors or do you prefer the cannon colors and try really hard to match them perfectly? Examples: Here's Cheerilee with spring green and yellow colors. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginAnd here's Pinkie with red/cream/pink hair. visitors can't see pics , please register or login

Thanks so much everyone! I flipped over the foal and gave it a harder look and finally found the Breyer logo. I just assumed it'd be on the belly or hooves so I didn't look harder than that initially. I'd never heard of keychain saddles before either. I'm so happy to finally have this little mystery solved.

I was given some old horse toys as a kid and I've never figured out who made them. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginThe middle horse has the most beautiful wooden and leather saddle. It has amazing detail! It's the only thing that makes me think maybe these weren't just Breyer fakies. The light and dark colored horse both have "Hong Kong" written on their underside, but the horse with the saddle doesn't have any markings at all. I need to (hopefully) rehome them. I would love to see them go to a collector but if they're not wanted then I'll just donate them. [moving to Toy Box ~ Kiwi]

Thanks for the heads up about this horrible person! Her excuses are weak, but it's no surprise that a neo-nazi is stupid. I hope her business tanks now.

I found 3 at my local HomeGoods store and got a very pleasant surprise. The first one I opened was a flocked Princess Sparkle! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginAlthough weirdly enough the boxes had all been opened in the store. Not the inner bags just the boxes so that's why I went ahead and purchased them. Maybe some scalper was trying to find rares?

Those pjs hit the clearance rack of my local Targets a couple weeks ago. There might still be some out there, but I don't think it's likely at this point. They were sold out pretty quick in my area surprisingly.

I found her at a secondhand shop for only $2.50. Her curls are frizzy, but they still look pretty nice. I actually thought she was a particularly pretty fakie since I'm not very familiar with Dream Beauties and didn't remember there were glitter ones. Anyway, I'm extra happy I snagged her now! visitors can't see pics , please register or login

Aw, they're closing the one I like to go to. The only other one that'll be even remotely close enough to visit is in a terrible area. By terrible, I mean it's right off a major highway with traffic so bad I usually go out of my way to avoid it. Well at least that'll help keep impulse spending down?

Thanks for the PM Aurora! I'm pretty sure I can make this one... Bianca, do you have any pets? Depending on the type and number of pets, my allergies may not be able to tolerate sitting in a closed house. I'm allergic to cats, dogs, birds, horses, etc. Basically anything with fur or feathers. Also allergic to flowers.
Awwwwwww, I am really sorry, I actually have 2 dogs, a cat, and 2 chinchillas...
Hmmm. It might not be too bad! Dogs are on the least bad end of my allergies (although cats are on the high end). And I'm not sure about chinchillas since I've never been around them before. I might be able to last long enough for a meet at least.

Unfortunately I won't be able to make it after all. Scheduling conflicts cropped up involving the last chance to see some good friends before they leave town for awhile. I hope every stays safe and warm! Looking forward to the pictures.
