Caught a few Chansey this weekend. Still never saw a Porygon, so I don't think I'll be getting one. Oh well. At least I finally got Chansey.

Congratulations on finding Chansey! How close are you to the Ohio/Pennsylvania border?  Great Northern Mall is a Porygon spawn spot currently. I was able to catch 2 on Saturday.

After not getting any 10k eggs since October I got 2 this weekend. One hatched today and it was Chansey! I was so excited to see it. I can't wait to see what's in the second.

It was a good weekend. I got enough candy to finally evolve Tad Cooper my Charmeleon into Charizard

I managed to evolve my Clefairy, my Victreebel, and my Poliwhirl this weekend, all were new additions to my pokedex!
I only need to find Lapras and Aerodactyl, and evolve 10 more pokemon ( I need Vileplume, Slowbro, Muk, Cloyster, Gengar, Weezing, Gyrados, Kubutops, Dragonaire and Dragonite, to have all the North American pokemon.


I think my neighborhood is a spawning pount for 3 of the event Pokemon; Chancy, Licitung, and Jigglypuff show up every hour or two!  Now of only Slowpoke and Porigon would do the same, haha!

I haven't hatched a single baby sincw the event started, I thought they were supposed to be *more* likely to get.

I'm pretty close to the OH/PA border, but no time to do much until this weekend.

On the plus side, I'm glad they changed what Pokémon hatch from the eggs. The 10K eggs are so worth it now! I still can't believe Eevee used to hatch from them, lol

I have seven eggs incubating right now, all of them are at 4.2/5K. I'm sure I can hatch them before work this morning, and then I'll go to Starbucks after and get eggs. My husband isn't sure if there's a correlation, but all the eggs he's hatched from Starbucks (since the start of the event) have mostly been baby Pokémon.

Yup. It seems to spawn near the Sprint store. But I also found one near the Dicks.

I found two Porygons at Disneyland this weekend!! I was so excited, but BOTH of them eluded me! How disappointing! Still, I've caught lots of other Pokemon, so this was a nice event overall I think! Definitely a nice change of pace, and seeing Porygon was interesting at least!

GEN 2 IS COMING!

First off, glad to hear that we all had a decent time with the event. I was worried at first, but being able to catch a few Chansey and evolve some Pokemon was worth it. Maybe I'll get a Porygon someday...

That said...GEN 2!

I'm so excited! This is my favorite generation, and it's supposed to start at the end of this week (official word from Niantic). The weather is supposed to be gorgeous around here this weekend, I can't wait to go Pokémon hunting!

Yup! I'm both excited and worried, because there's still quite a few gen 1 Pokémon I need. I wonder what the distribution will be like.

But yeah, a video was posted by the official Pokémon and Pokémon Go pages on Facebook about an hour ago.

I'm still missing some too which is a bit scary. It will be that much harder to find them and they're already super difficult

At least for Charizard you can just walk with a Charmeleon or Charmander. Once I'm done walking with my Magikarp (I'm at 378/400 candies), I'm switching to Charmeleon so I can finally get Charizard.

I still need Scyther, Porygon, Aerodactyl, Hitmonlee...all Pokémon that I haven't even seen in the wild yet. Ugh.

I've seen Lapras in the wild. It ran away...

Charizard I've been looking for a good Charmander to start with because I want to use it in battle and Charmander candies aren't that easy to come by. Even while walking it.

I'm still surprised that I caught two Lapras a few weeks ago, and that they were both in parking lots. Up until that point, I hadn't seen one at all.

Oh! I'm also missing Onix. I'm really upset about that because I was within range of being able to catch one a few weeks ago. It never showed up for me even though my husband saw it and caught it on his phone, and we were right next to each other.
