Build A Bear Ordering Help

Ok, so I'm fixing to order Shing Armor and Trixie on BAB's website, but the thing is...I want my ponies unstuffed so I can take em into the store to get em stuffed to just the way I like it (which is hard and firm )and knowing BAB...they'll most likely end up sending 2 soft, squishy and mushy ponies...which I do NOT want :L

So how do I tell them to send them to me unstuffed? Do I type it in the little "special instructions" box when ordering em? Or what?

Hopefully typing that in the special  instructions box should work   I'd love to see Shining Armor!

Here's what I typed:
"Please send both ponies, My Little Pony Shining Armor and My Little Pony Trixie, unstuffed. Thank you!"

Doesn't get more simpler than that IMO

And don't forget, if for some reason they DO arrive stuffed you can take them in to any store for a "top up" to get them the way you want.
