This is why I hate buying MIB Ponies!

People are so dumb. That's the only thing I can say to explain sellers like that.

They're just asking for trouble. They have to know that IS going to happen and the buyer IS going to be upset 99.9% of the time... right? I don't get it at all. Maybe they think all the people who handle it move it gingerly and it's separated from all the rest and is driven safely to its destination. Instead of like going on conveyor belts and possibly getting crushed by other bigger ones plus being thrown about mishandled by carriers, stacked, etc. Smh.

I am so sorry to see that.. it must be so upsetting and irritating. A MIB pony now ruined because someone was lazy.

The worst I ever had was a nail polish bottle sent in an envelope, paper. no padding. you can guess what happened there.

Nothing compared to poor romper, just package properly. its what is expected and reasonable.

 Cheapest Way to send it, They just sent it to you on the cheap with no protection , they paid  5 dllrs for that service
If you paid them more than 5 dllrs, I would ask a refund as well on the shipping .
I have received a couple of Moc ponies like that too .
Now I send them a note when I check out , I request for them to pack them well and ensure it is in a box and  no envelopes because the actual box or bubble of the pony is important for collectors like me .

With this note every time I warn them I expect the box and pony  to be protected .
some people assume that you are going to open the pony and dispose of the box , so I make it clear I intend to keep it in their box.

What a terrible seller-  I had the same experience once (with a vintage doll).  It has taught me that whenever I buy a MIB vintage item, make it VERY VERY clear that you value the packaging, you are buying it FOR the packaging intact, and so please package carefully with bubble wrap in a protective box, thanks...

It is shocking that this wouldn't be obvious.

I got a partial refund. They didn't msg me saying that they were refunding me so I didn't notice until after I opened a case - so I closed the case immediately.

I ended up opening her. I know *dodges fakies from MIB collectors*

I started watching your video... and was thinking ok ok, she is just going to open her up.. refold what needs to be and fold the box back into shape...

I heard the dreaded words, I'm going to very carefully remove her from the card now.. and I had to turn it off... it was like watching a horror film hahaha

Sorry, don't want to shame you.. Its your pony after all, so you can do what like with it. I've just never seen someone remove a mint pony from its packaging before, Im surprised at how deeply that disturbed me lol.
