Not sure if this post will reach anyone in the target audience, but just to keep the boards alive... and because I no longer have access to Facebook and any Finnish pony groups.   I am not affiliated with the convention organisers or the museum, just a regular visitor.

Museo Leikki is organising Poniconi for the second time on Saturday 5 October, 2024.

Poniconi is a Finnish event for all My Little Pony enthusiasts from collectors to brony, regardless of the generation of pony! The target audience is young adults and adults, but your kids are also welcome to the event during the mid day.

I am always happy to read about other collector conventions/meetups in Europe since there aren't a lot of them. And love to attend them one day.
As for target audience, it's the same weekend as UK Ponycon where a lot of people come from abroad. But I am sure there will be some locals coming.

I had the chance to attend UK Ponycon a couple of years ago, great memories! Granted, a lot of the programme seemed to be geared towards FiM fans. I still enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere a lot.

And yeah, I'm not sure if the museum people who are in charge of organising the event have taken into account pony cons elsewhere :ponder: Then again, I'm not sure how much overlap there will be anyway, last year a lot of the attendants seemed to be quite young, and I barely spotted familiar faces (aka G1-G3 collectors) there. I guess that's why I'm posting now, just to see if anyone else is going.
