The Lugia and Ho-oh plushies are nice, and I do love me some Lugia but...Pikachu. Bleh. Makes me glad I don't collect anything Pikachu related, saves me money. Even if he is wearing a costume of my favorite legendary. :P

Haha, those Ditto transformation plushies are cute.

I found some super adorable Pokemon bathroom accessories while browsing eBay. They feature a handful of Pokemon and Goomy is one of them! I absolutely adore Goomy, so I need all of it! I'm even thinking of making the master bathroom Pokemon themed (even getting my best friend to do a painting or two to hang on the walls) and using our current frog themed items for the guest bathroom. I think I know what I'm spending some of my tax return on! I won't tell my husband, though...it'll be a surprise. :devious:

Shiny charm achieved!  I spent some time trying out chaining and the horde thing, and man is the chain thing hard!  :P Need to try the chain fishing thing tonight!

ARGH that Jirachi plushie is so cute ;__; Jirachi is my favourite Pokemon. I wont buy it though, or any of the 20th anniversary plush :/ I can't STAND the texture of the fake velour fabric they're made from, the sheen looks awful to me as well. I really wish they'd gone with a softer minky fabric. I do like the figures, though, so I think I'll be collecting quite a few of those :)

Go to the safari zone! I have had lots of luck with shinies there and try to fish inbetween two rocks! Congrats on shiny charm!

Speaking of which, gotta go pick mine up now in X version! Completed the Kalos dex yesterday thanks to my nice friend who traded and traded back event pokes!

What's funny with the safari zone the shiny charm doesn't work. Though what's nice you always have a 1 out of 500 chance of finding a one :3

That Yukata wearing Pikachu is adorable :)

Using sweet scent to lure out hordes seems to be the easiest way.  Just run if you don't see a shiny.  No chaining required :)

Aren't those the rates with the Friend Safari in XY? I keep reading on somogon that the Safari Zone in ORAS doesn't have the 1/500 encounter rate. I know the shiny charm doesn't work with the MM in hatching eggs, just with wild Pokemon! If there is a 1/500 shiny rate in the safari zone without the charm I've had bad luck before I got the charm! xD

Thats okay! XY are amazing games! I love the friend safari, but i havnt found a shiny there yet! Im hoping to chain fish later in that game because I got this in X version:

The only shiny I ever caught at the Friend Safari was a Slugma. Coolest looking shiny I have ever owned - looks like liquid metal. xD I named her Metallia.

I love shiny Slugma! I had two. Keeping the one as a Slugma forever, but I evolved the other because Magcargo is one of my favorite Pokémon.

Congrats Lala, hunt for that dratini! I one time lent my boyfriend a regular dratini with a dreamball so he could breed from it, I walk away and 10 minutes later he is screaming, "I got a shiny dratini!!!"  I was super jelly!

Also shiny slugmas are wicked cool shinnies!

I like to do this thing where I have a theme when naming my Pokemon and since AS is my ~main~ game they're all named after ponies. I put images of said ponies in too since I had to shorten a lot of names to get the game to accept them. ?u?

And before someone points it out: no, these guys are not legit but they are %100 legal.
Meaning they have no ridiculous abilities, attacks or stats. :)
