Australia based customs! What do you use for your customs?

Oh hey, another Australian! :water:

Unfortunately I can't offer any advice for the whole body repaint, I customise ponies in their original colour and never attempt a body colour change. Unsure if I would go straight to purchasing an airbrush if I were in your position - I have often thought about purchasing one myself but the decent ones are expensive, the paint can also be expensive and then you need to develop your own skills using the thing. Apparently the trick to painting a pony is numerous, watered down coats of acrylic paint and to ensure each coat is fully dry before painting another.. or you know, just stick with the original colour

I would paint and then re-root the hair. Let me know if you find any Australian suppliers for hair - I am still purchasing from DollyHair and the postage fees from the US are brutal!! Most of my other supplies I pick up locally however - acrylic paints, brushes and polymer clay (I sculpt onto all of my ponies) all sourced from stores like Spotlight or Lincraft.

Look forward to seeing your finished pony!!
