Okay, ponies.  Is this really, for real?  We can ship anywhere in Canada for free every Tuesday in October??? Or is Canada Post just punking us?

Yup, they did it last year. You have to be registered with their Solutions for Small Businesses, and then you can ship 1 parcel for free each Tuesday.
