Wanted: Paradise Estate

My wife surprised me tonight by telling me to go ahead and look for PE, and she would get it for me for Christmas.  I dunno what has gotten into her, but I won't complain.

Anyway wanting PE def the buildings and main pieces. I would like some of the other pieces if possible, but it doesn't have to be fully complete. Please let me know if you have one possibly for sale.

My wife is buying, so in the end the deal will have to go through her.

I also have some Nirvanas for sale in my sig I wouldn't mind putting towards it. All depends on the price ect. Let me know if you got one for sale!

How much are you all looking to spend on it? Because I think it's costs near $100 just to ship the darn thing, which gives me a headache because that's roughly as much as I'd like to sell mine for, before shipping. Which is still less than I spent cobbling it together.    It's near complete except for the super tiny htf stuff and one blue street lamp.  If that's not crazy out of your price range, feel to pm me for pics/details to help you decide if you want it, though I'll understand if it's too much.

I think 200 is a bit more than my wife is willing to spend. I know 100-150 is probably more what she had in mind. I figured worse case scenario I could find the shell for 100 or less. Shipping is such a pain.

Oh gosh! I didn't even think about with the fair going on since I didn't get to go. Of course my wife randomly sprang up the "find a PE" anyway. Thanks UP I will make a post over there and see if one is still floating around.
