Need Help Identifying G3 Minifigures

A couple of weeks ago I thrifted a few G3s, and in the bag were these Pinkie Pie and Minty minifigures. I have been searching for a while and I still have no clue where they originate or what set they could be from, so I'm hoping someone here could help! :biggrin:

They are both marked Hasbro 2006 on the bottom and are roughly 3 inches tall, thanks for your help!

I thought they might be Tiny Tins but the copyright date is too late for those.   Could they be ponies from this Rug set?
