Heaven when you finally see them all, and then hell when it is time to clean, pack and organise. Some days you just don't want to do it!

If they were all new to me and I could pick as many and whoever I liked, then I'd say definitely heaven. But, them being mine, and having to clean and possibly discovering nastiness, pretty close to hell ...

Normally I'd say pony heaven.... but after spending 3 hours pony spa-ing today, one hour of which was de-tangling a tail from it's dreadlocked state, I'm gonna go with hell.

It was total hell ; ^ ; Luckily there appeared to be no more insects as I went through the pile, unlike I first feared. They just all need a bit of a brush and a love after being hidden away for 5 months. At one point I got worried because Baby Liquorice's hair slide had disappeared, to only find half an hour later that Minty was fashioning it! Naughty Minty...

I only managed to box away around 150 ponies. Still a massive pile to go. It was nice to be able to handle them all again, though. Just a shame there is no room to display.

Also thank you for your comments about the plastic bags! I've popped them inside them just to keep them together with their accessories, but have left them open so they can breathe.  <- don't want them to be like that!

If you have the time to enjoy cleaning them up, then I say Heaven There's something very satisfying seeing a pony all cleaned and their hair nice and conditioned. I also have a great tip for anyone who has trouble with insects, especially moths or silver fish, as they can eat into the cardboard of any MIB toys. Is use epsom salts and put them in tiny fabric bags and then place them near where toys are stored or tucked behind where they are displayed and they will keep away a whole bunch of creepy crawlies, especially the eating kind. I used to have terrible trouble with silver fish and those little critters would follow me everywhere I moved, until I found this wonderful solution.
