I really really wanted Bubbles, but... but the shipping to the UK is $40... that's so... ugh... and she sold out... so fast... crying

Forbidden Planet carry a lot of Funko in the UK - if they are popular they may very well end up over here yet.
Oooooh okay! I'll keep an eye out on their website for it. :3 Thanks!

You could even get in touch with them to see if its a product they do intend to carry. Can't promise you ll get an answer but no harm in asking and at least if they say no you ll know you may have to track it down internationally.
Thank you Matcha for my gorgeous Baby Fifi avi

I bought three of bubbles just in case someone is unable to get one ultimately-

If no one needs her I can always customize her- (although that seems like a crime at this point!!!)

I was wondering if there would be a thread about this... Here is your Experimental Ordering Science update from Dusky Industries:

I have ordered:
http://www.hottopic.com/hottopic/PopCulture/MyLittlePony//My+Little+Pony+Bubbles+Vinyl+Figure-144782.jsp
x2

How I paid: Visa card, because they don't take non-USA paypal.
Shipping was: $48. I know. I'm a moron.

What happened next: My order confirmed via email, and then halted via email pending confirmation of payment. This is done via PHONE.
When I rang them: Stayed on hold, got an operator (so polite!) after ~3 minutes, had my card and address details confirmed (last 4 digits of the long number only), and the order has been marked for dispatch.

So, if you're UK based and can hack the shipping (which is $58 of 5 of them, I checked), and can phone them up afterwards then it's worth it.

Possibly because people leave her in a cart and don't buy her, then the 'cart' time expires and she goes back in as stock.

Can't be this. I had her in my cart, Paypal was being cranky, I had to make my shipping arrangements, I click on place order button:

"The quantity you have specified for 144782-000, is greater than the available quantity. Please enter lesser quantity."

She was in my cart and she still sold out. Does it really take that much effort to make a system where quantities are deducted from the stock when they are in the cart? Since I've seen other lesser sites do it, probably not.

This is the same thing that happened to me =/

I'd be willing to pay and draw someone something, anything they want, if someone can get a :muffin: Pony and ship it to me from the USA. ; ~ ;
