Anyone know who mido_ban is on ebay?

I sold an Argentina Rock pony to this person and they received the pony (I had tracking it showed received) and they left me positive feedback for the transaction. Today my paypal was in the red because they opened of a chargeback on paypal against me for the pony? So I am needing to know what is going on and if they are a member here so I can get this resolved with them, as to why they would open claim saying they hadn't received her or if it is an accident or something. Thanks!

Oh boy! I am not sure if they are a member here for certain. I will check around though.

I would call Paypal. If there is proof of delivery and the positive feedback to go with it, Paypal will fight their credit card company. I had this happen a year or so ago, same scenario and I won the chargeback case.

Hmmm...just looked at their feedback and it looks like I did business back with them in 2009.

Thanks Sweetie Praise God!  I called them and they said that since I have proof of delivery that they will take care of it and they took the hold off of my account

I just hope that is was somehow an accident and maybe the person made a mistake on opening a claim against me she left me such nice feedback.

Have they communicated with you at all?  It's not appropriate to claim a chargeback after the goods are received!    Not unless there are clear flaws that you are communicating about! 

Keep us updated please!  Very worrisome for anyone selling internationally that there are buyers who do this...

Nope they hadn't sent me a PM, email or anything

The thing that is weird about it is that they are from within the U.S. so the tracking on her package was top notch for what you get from the PO, it showed up as delivered and she left me good feedback. That is why I am wondering if it was somehow an accident.
