Kokomo Toys (eBay) sent me a pony missing 1/2 her face!! O_O

Oh, Kokomo listed a new lot.  I made sure to ask them this:

Hi there!

I just had a quick question!  Are all the ponies fully intact?  What I mean is, are they free of chews, or well, anything like missing faces or snouts?  Just wanted to ask!  Thanks!

That's normal play wear if your owner was a hungry lion I suppose with a hankering for vinyl!  I would push for a partial refund

Sugar just sent me a link to this thread as I hadn't seen it.  Poor pony!  What a disgrace describing her as having 'normal play wear'  Normal my foot!

I agree that negative feedback is the way forward and good to see fellow members will be boycotting this seller in future.

Eeesh! Kokomo toys is so on my  *do not deal with*  list! how can it be possible to miss that? or to describe it as normal playwear,  and  to take multiple pics of the pony and make sure they are only of the good side is such a rotten dishonest thing to do. They are toy dealers with a real shop not just an online one  (as has already been mentioned)- they knew something was seriously wrong with that pony before they listed it

Ohhh man, this breaks my heart. I have heard of this store and I don't really live super near it, but I still thought that maybe a day trip would have been do-able sometime. Nope. Not wasting my time or my gas now. Thanks for the heads up.
