I live in Province of Quebec, Canada, I am a mother of 3 wonderful kids and I work full time. Collecting My Little Pony toys has become a way for me to relax and also spend some time with my kids who all love the MLP toys and the tv show.

I played a lot with MLP G1 toys back in the 80’s. That says a lot about my age. ;)

Back then, I did not collect toys and most of my ponies were irreversibly damaged by my big brother who proved himself to be very creative with scissors and pen… :-P

My Little Pony came back in my life fairly recently, in 2017, when my 3 y.o. discovered My Little Pony Friendship is Magic.

I started collecting the same year, when I offered my daughter her very first Twilight Sparkle.

I collect almost exclusively the Hasbro brushable FiM toys (the fashion style size and the 3”). I also have a few plushes. Unfortunately, half of my collection is hidden in boxes at the moment. How am I supposed to explain to my kids that mommy has more toys than them?! :)

Voilà, that's it for me. MLP arena seems like a great place to share and discuss about our common interest. ;)

Hi tortue_têtue, welcome to the Arena!  :frolic: 

I grew up with the original 80's ponies too, as did many of us here so don't feel shy about your age as you are in good company.  It's great you have your children to collect with. My 5 year old son shows no interest in either my pony collection or my Star Wars one.  At least I get to display everything without fear of them being destroyed I guess!  LOL.  I hope you enjoy the Arena and get to chat with lots of other pony fans while you are here :happy:
