pc on night glider and regrind advice

I purchased a night glider for £12 she has 3 small pale regrind spots. One on her bottom under her tail, one on her nds neck next to her mane and another under her chin they are very small and you do need to look for them. Her hair is perfect and her symbols do not appear to have any rubs etc.

1) Did I get a good buy or do you think I overpaid?

2) I'd also like some advice on regrind will it get worse, and can you help prevent it spreading further?

1) Personally, I'd say you were about on the money, not overpaying, not underpaying. A good, reasonable price.

that's good news the spots aren't to noticeable, just a bit paler blue than the rest of the body. My speedy has a couple as well I've noticed whilst cleaning.  Nothing as bad as party time lol. Just the 3 about 2mm across spots
I was very glad when the other marks just washed off with acetone!

Yes as Icecrystalline says, you wont be able to stop it spreading within that pony's plastic and Nightglider does tend to be a little prone to age marks and plastic breakdown unfortunately.

She runs $26-28 in nice condition at the moment so at £12 you are nicely under that total and with her issues I would say that was a good price Congrats! She is a lovely pony.

I got her for €12 which is £10 even cheaper than I first thought lol will the regrind get worse?
I just wanted a pony to add to the herd....I can always upgrade at a later date. Her hair is perfect as are her symbols. Least it's not cancer spots.  She looks wonderful on display

Could it get worse? Yes, unfortunately it could. Regrind is simply another version of the plastic breaking down. Over time the plastic could continue to deteriorate in the same way causing more of the same breakdown to happen in other parts of the plastic; with regrind this tends to be what happens. However, it is also possible that the plastic will not deteriorate at the same rate or in the same way and therefore any further issues are not noticeable.

As long as you love her and like her on display - that is all that is important!

Super huge congrats Lindsay!!! I would be over the moon to find Nightglider at that price the regrind sounds in the very early stages right now so I wouldn't worry too much. ( and I'm sure she wouldn't get anywhere near as bad as party time. I have NEVER seen a party time without regrind :crazy)

Lol party it is definitely crazy in party time!! I managed to find my party time with only 2 tiny spots from Canada. I was amazed she was so good! She was only $2!!

I sometimes see people claim they have minty Party Times...I call shenanigans...I bet every single one on closer inspection has it.

lol I was shocked she was in good condition as well lol her hair is still pale pink and not faded! I nearly fell over since she was so good. She does have a couple of spots but isn't riddled with regrind. I'll post a picture later when I'm home

What are these dark blotches on her leg? They're not brown, they're black. Stains or plastic breaking down?
