clones_r: that outfit is so cute on Apple! I recognize Frankie's shoes but that's all. Where are the other pieces from? Is that GF Apple?

Thanks everyone! Yes, that is GF Apple. I wasn't nuts about her in the store, but I found her on sale, so I bought her. Now that I have in new clothes, I really love her! The skirt and cami are Bratzilla. We have a discount/ salvage/ surplus (aka bargin hunter's paradise!) store here and you just never know what you will find there. I was thrilled to find Bratzilla fashion packs since they fit EAH fairly well. The jacket and shoes I got for an eBay seller in China. I *love* her shoes! :)

A bit off the current topic, but I had to share this pic. It took me about a dozen tries to get it right.

Woot! Woot! I found the Spring Unsprung girls at Wal-Mart! They must have just hit the shelves. I actually saw a little girl walking away with the only SU Holly in her hands. I  have to confess, I had to greatly restrain myself from chasing after her down, yanking the box from her hands and running like a maniac to the nearest register. But I... uhh... already had the other three dollies in my arms. Not sure I could have managed a hit and run while juggling all of those boxes! :haha:

Thanks for the input Cat! I have taken group photos and I have a general description of each pony already, so I'm good there. I think I will just post them here on the Arena and name my price rather than run an auction. ;)

Thank you for posting this! I have always wondered about that. I have made MLP quilts and tote bags as gifts, but I have never sold them for fear of recrimination. Also, I admit that I have used line art directly from MLP coloring books. I would imagine that would be a bigger no-no than using fan art if I did decide to make some items for sale. Can anyone confirm that?

I have over seventy G1 ponies I would like to sell off in one large lot. I just don't want to take the time to sell them off one by one. They vary in condition from excellent to fair. None of them are in mint condition, none of them are in bait condition. None of them are rare or hard to find. (There are a few doubles, but not many.) I am thinking about listing them here on the Arena as an auction. I need to know if there would be enough interest, first of all. And is there any way to ensure I get at least the price I have in mind?

Any suggestions?

There is a series of videos on youtube that my hubby follows regularly. It is called Man at Arms and they specialize in making movie weaponry. They have even been known to bring cartoon and  video game weapons to life. It is awesome! I watch it with hubby on occasion. He just told me about a Man at Arms video I just *Had To See!* I must admit, it is super cool!!!!! I just had to share! Enjoy! (If your can't view the link just type "Rainbow Dash's Chamfron" in youtube.) ;)

Off Topic / Re: How did you get your pets/and name them

My kitties are Midnight and Ember. Midnight (aka Nigh Nigh or Squishy) is a solid black, double pawed ten year old male who has been with me since he was a kitten in need of a new home. Someone had found him on the side of a country road, but they couldn't keep him. I was going to give him to my friend, so when my hubby start calling him Midnight I thought it was a very unimaginative name, but didn't care since we weren't going to keep him. After two days he was snuggling with my older male kitty, Dagger (the boy in my avatar) and my hubby said, "You can't give that kitten away. We are keeping him." He's been here ever since. :) Ember is almost three years old. She is a HUGE black kitty with white toes on the front, white stockings on the back, a white belly and chest and an adorable white mustache. We got her as a kitten. I had lost a female kitty about a year prior and had my heart set on getting another girl. We just happened to stop at a Tractor Supply store one day when a family was giving kittens away. It was love at first sight. :inlove: I called her Ember in part after the pony, but also in part because she has a fiery, spunky personality. When I say she's huge, I mean HUGE! She weighs 26 pounds! I have had her to the vet and she is healthy, she is just very large framed and overweight. :P She is a very sweet lady. And the two of them get along wonderfully!

Jack is my fourteen month old German Shepherd, Golden Retriever mix. He is almost solid black with a tiny white patch on his chest. He looks more Shepherd than Retriever. He has the Shepherd head and the slender Goldie frame. He is extremely smart, he is energetic, and he is the love of my life. We couldn't decide on a name for him at first. When my hubby suggested the name Jack, my first reaction was No! My father goes by Jack and I knew my mother would hate the name (they are divorced.) But then my hubby explained that he wanted to name our puppy after one of his favorite things in the world (which I thought was cute) so we named him Jack Daniels. :P I no longer think of my father when I say my dog's name. Jack is Jack and I love him beyond reason.
