So far what i have learned about values and rarity of Lisa frank items

I and another member here have been researching over the last 6 months or so the market for Vintage lisa frank items and how hard it is to track down certain designs and whatnot

So far here is what i have learned  (price guide coming soon!) :

As for design right now i know the rarer designs seem to be these:

-ANY mash up designs of multiple vintage characters
-Persian Cat with jewels with cityscape in background (not new updated version)
-Luv 2 shop Pink cat in car
-Max and Mini splash (combo together only)
-Gypsy piggy
-White Tiger
-Aloha dalmations
-Miss Furonica cat
-aloha penguin with mohawk
-Rainbow tigers (3 with tropical flowers)
-Purple horse with Rainbow Hair
-Fantasea castle dolphins scene (i will trade well for these!)
-Raccoon family
-Dog and Cat married couple
-Holiday designs such as halloween, christmas, easter, and birthday
-Skye the Pegasus
-Zorbit and zoomer the aliens
-Miss galaxy aliens
-Spotted dolphins with treasure
-Spotted Bunnies with flowers
-Carousel Unicorns
-Poodle with Phone
-Purple spaniels (violet and velvet) flying kite on beach
-The original blonde Shelle the mermaid on phone (not the newer version with green hair)
-Deep sea mouse divers with fish bowl
-Cleocatra
-Yellow aloha cat with sunglasses and tropical flowers
-Cheerleader Bears (someone recently flooded the market with what seems like a stash of the sticker sheets recently though, all other forms like folder/stationery seem to still be rare)
-Fairy with Koi fish pond

Not rare but sought after/popular designs:

-Markie unicorn and Moon
-Markie unicorn and Mom
-Ballerina Bunnies
-Hugging Penguins
-Casey and Caymus in desert with blue bunny
-Dashly the Hummingbird
-Max splash
-Casey and candy dessert puppies on beach
-Hunter the leopard
-Sunfower Kittens
-Roary the polar bear
-Kitten Bubbles
-Puppy pearls maltese

Rare Items:
-Deck of Playing Cards (extremely rare and sought after, these hardly ever come up for sale and the images on google of them that come up are either mine or one other girl who claims to own a deck... i have one deck loose and one deck moc)
-Vintage bedding (sheets, fabric etc.)
-Mint unused Diaries (the locking kind, only the older design ones like kitten bubbles)
-Anything from the dream writers gel pen line (thats not a human design). like the black paper stationery and write on stickers.
-Unused Stationery (especially die cut)
-MINT bead mania Kits (vintage 90's only)

Sought after items:
-Stationery boxes (not sticker boxes)
-Stationery Tins
-Zipper Binders/trapper keepers, and trifold binders (vintage characters only)
-Back packs, bags and lunch boxes
-Flip organizers (vintage characters only)

Hard to find items:
-Old catalogs (yes people want these lol!)
-Old lisa frank club magazines
-Holiday stickers
-Stickers mint in the packages or in the sticker roll boxes

I only have a few stickers left from my HUGE sticker collection but what an awesome amount of research you've done!  I miss my Fantasea Dolphins Trapper Keepers and folders SOOOOOOO much!  I think my mom now uses the folders to organize her taxes and stuff, LOL.

I have bits of unused stationary from 4-5 different sets. I also have a big plush Hunter and little beanie Hunter. Hunter was my favorite.

Heyyyyy quick question:  Where does "Hollywood Bear" fit into the HTF category?  Or is that design a more popular one?

hollywood bear in original design where he has the glasses on his face is not rare but very popular     BUUUUT the version with him with the hollywood cinema in the background with no glasses over his eyes is very rare, i will post a pic later   i have the paper pack it of it but only managed recently to snag the stationery that matches only 2 pieces.

and egyptiandragon!  please, if you can find pictures or images of the purple horse with rainbow hair (not the white appaloosa)  please post them, she is very rare to even find images of.  i only have one pen of her and one writing book with a couple stickers in it of her/him (not sure if its a boy or girl  i used to call it stormy lol cause it looked like stormy from rainbow bright)

I picked up some lisa frank stuff at the festival this year it is casey and the masquerade one.  They are stationary sets in a plastic sleeve.

ill see if i canfind some i had a plushy of the appaloosa and the purple horse im pretty sure i know i 3 lisa frank horse plushs the apploosa the unicorn i ddo belive the purple orse

This makes me feel somewhat bad I got rid of so much of that stuff. I was such a huge fan of Lisa Frank items as a kid. I collected folders and all kinds of things....I wonder what happened to all of it.

LOL. need to go dig through basement. could swear i have a locking unicorn diary... and stickers still in the roll box, and stationary and other stickers and a small notebook w/humming bird. so much stuff in the basement... good to know there's interest in these items here on the arena, i know who to pm when i dig up stuff...
