I'm currently using the free wifi at an expensive cafe  I just want to let anyone who is trying to contact me know that due to RL stuff I have moved house and am having issues getting connected to the net. An engineer is coming on Wednesday so I hope to be able to respond and update in full then. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience.

Here's my contribution to this years Missing Link Swap. Aintnobuffalo had some really fun ideas, the one I chose was to make an addition to the G3 Winter Pony series. Well straight off I decided that the set was sorely lacking a unicorn ( of course  ) I decided to make her a 'UK Exclusive' Winter pony... to me, winter in Britain means watching our little Robin Redbreasts fluffing up and bracing themselves against the grey, frosty mornings! So that's her symbol. The picture doesn't show it so well, but she has glitter on her hooves and horn too to represent the frost. I chose stormy grey, white and frosty blue for her hair. My sewing machine broke  so I hand sewed her a little scarf to match the blue streak in her hair. I'm glad Aintnobuffalo seems happy with her. Hi, I was hoping to get some wisdom please from you lovely pony people. A few days ago I spotted an auction for a Fizzy with 'reverse symbols'. I thought to myself that they're not reversed, that's how they're supposed to be, my Fizzy is the same !  Then I remembered I have a second Fizzy I am prepping for sale so I compared them...well they are opposite.  So I decided to check all the Fizzys on Ebay and did a Google picture search and they are all different from my collection Fizzy too. They all have the cup handles facing right (display side). So... other than the fact that I'm not very observant  I'm wondering how rare or common having reversed symbols is on Fizzy? Does anyone else here have one too? Will it affect her value at all? What else do we know about reverse symbols... I think I have heard of Moondancer having reversed symbols before. I have an image in my head of a poor little pony going back to front down the conveyer belt.

I saw two threads a while back that inspired me.  One was about the variant Italian Coral Tickle and the other was about baby ponies Hasbro should have made...combine the two and you have Baby Coral Tickle!  Sadly real life got in my way and this girl had been sat on my shelf waiting to be completed, until I got a bit of a 'push' to finish her I decided to make her symbol two little feathers instead of three, as other babies often have a slightly different symbol from their mums. Hello all! I have an oddball Dollymix Minty I want to sell, but I'm not sure what's going on with her. She has a white mane but a yellow tail! visitors can't see pics , please register or loginCan anyone tell me about her please? Does this happen often with Dollymix, and does it affect her value at all?

I have had a bit of a customs hiatus and hadn't posted in it since August. Would it be possible please to have it unlocked so I can post my new customs for sale, or do I have to make a new thread? I was commissioned to make this girl by the lovely S.o.a.r. as a gift for Nekoi (who has very sweetly let me know that she is well-loved by her new owner ). So now I can share some photos of her... she is called Minerva, after the goddess of wisdom who had a little owl as her companion animal. Oh my gosh I am having a nightmare with Ebay this weekend!  So, buyer wins several auctions and I send an invoice with combined postage. But when she clicks on the invoice to pay, it only shows her one of the ponies. I resend the invoice and it seems to show all three ponies but not postage discount. Resend again and nope. I checked the 'view order details' on my sold page and it says the right total amount but has the wrong postage amount listed?! I've also sent several other combined postage invoices which have a similar error on the 'view order details'. I haven't heard from those buyers yet, but I'm worried they will have the same issue. Has anyone experienced this and were you able to fix it somehow? For this buyer, she's going to try to pay for one and then I will discount the others individually...I hope that will work. But I don't want to have to do that will all my buyers from this weekend! Help me please, clever pony peeps!

I've got a Tales Starlight and a Great Skates Melody with haircuts and I'm trying to decide if I should rehair them. I'd love the community's input. Melody has a tail and mane trim and a forelock cut. She might not look too bad once she's styled. Starlight is worse, she has a mohawk and only about 2 inches of tail. She's the one I'm most tempted to rehair...  Anyway, I was wondering whether I should just sell them as is (how much are they worth with haircuts?) or rehair one or both? They're in pretty good condition otherwise!
