I'm not that fond of the Sweetheart Sisters either. I never took to the characters when they were introduced in the UK comic, and that bled over into me not liking the toys very much either. I still think they look a bit weird. Put me down as another person who loves the Tootsy pose. I think it looks really cute, especially on Cherries Jubilee. I don't like European Princess Sparkle at all. All the glitter and fibre optic lights and whatnot are just too much. She reminds of a cupcake that's been decorated by someone who doesn't know where to stop and has piled heaps and heaps of icing and glittery sprinkles on it. Looking at her kind of gives me toothache

Not a fan. I don't like the shape of their heads, or their facial expressions. I also hate the way the legs are thin at the top and thicker at the bottom, and the new poses don't do it for me. I thought the older design was quite cute and pretty, so I'm not very happy at the redesign.

I have the pearlised version, and the non-pearlised one with a raised foot. She's cute!

The collector pose ponies have really grown on me. As a child I didn't like them much, as I thought they looked sort of sad and sleepy, but now as an adult I can appreciate their sweet faces, and they really do display well.

I was usually quite good to my ponies, but there were one or two things I did to them that I really shouldn't have... Lickety Split got a really frizzy mane and tail, and at age nine of course I didn't have any idea how to deal with frizz, so I trimmed out the frizzy bits. So my childhood Lickety Split has a thin-looking, shortish mane and tail. She doesn't look too bad, but you can tell some hair's missing I got Baby Seashore at a jumble sale somewhere, and as I had never heard of Watercolour Baby Sea Ponies I had no idea that her soft, thin mane was made of special colour-changing fibre... so I dyed it. With food colouring and nail polish. All these years later I could kick myself for doing that - I got the food colouring out, but her forelock is still dark pink from nail polish that stubbornly refuses to come out Apart from that, most of my childhood ponies are in fairly good condition. If only I could say the same for my dolls

I've told some of my friends about my collection, and I sometimes tell new people that I meet, if I think I can trust them. My husband is supportive of my collecting, even if he doesn't really understand the appeal of ponies, because it makes me happy. He's even beginning to recognise some of the ponies now - he knows Applejack and Peachy . Our closest friends have been quite supportive, even if they do take the Mickey sometimes. My ponies have become quite important to me, as they've helped me through some difficult times this past year. I've been seeing a therapist for a while, and she agrees that it's good for me to have the ponies around, as they cheer me up so much and give me something good to focus on. I've started caring less about who knows about my collection now, and it's been liberating

It seems I'll never get my hands on a G4 Snowcatcher Other than that, I'd love a blue Lickety Split or Posey, and one of the TAF babies, but I highly doubt any of those is ever going to happen...

I have her, and she's one of my favourite G4's ❤. Her colours are so pretty and she has a really sweet expression on her face. I've got a photo of her here: https://www.instagram.com/p/BG6jHPWuoEp/Mine's blue. I didn't realise there was also a green variant, she's lovely either way!

Probably a Brush and Grow, as my hair is pretty long and very thick. I would also love to have multicoloured hair like a BnG, although sadly it's just not practical for me in real life
