Dolly ID help! Who is this mystery girl?

I have a mystery doll that I can't ID! I picked her up at the thrift store because she was wearing a Bratz skirt and top that I wanted for my Pullip  Obviously, she isn't Bratz, and her eyes aren't right for a Moxie Girlz face (or are they? I did do an image search, but I'm not super familiar with Moxies.) She only has "Made in China" stamped on her back. Anyone recognize her?

She has a sweet expression, but a bizarre hair rooting pattern  Her knees have internal click joints.

(And if anyone wants her, she's headed to my trade/sale thread )  Thanks in advance for any info!

Could she be a Moxie girl knock off?  That rooting pattern and the fact that there is no company trademark would point towards knock off doll. She is cute!

Thank you Colorscapesart! I bet you're right! Since her face mold seems quite like a Moxie it could totally be a knock-off mold-swipe  And the lack of company name definitely makes sense if she's a fakie. Thanks so much
