I actually haven't had any! I stopped drinking pop over a year ago, so I haven't given in to the temptation. One of my friends said that it doesn't taste any different, if I recall.

Ooh I'm not drinking pop at the moment either. I think surge was the only pop I drank regularly... I'll have to try it in the future!

I think it's once every 5 minutes if you aren't moving, so it should be more frequent while walking.

She hatched a hitmonchan today. She also caught ryhorn and charmander.


I admit I'm getting a bit bored with this game myself. There's no Pokemon to catch that I haven't already caught, it's 100+ degrees so we can't check out new areas, I've got no eggs to walk even though I've been to the pokestops. Gyms are set up in places without being specific to their locations and there is no way to battle trainers, trade or even interact with your Pokemon. I chose team instinct btw, I was gonna go with mystic but oh well. I really only enjoy capturing pictures of Pokemon when they are in neat or funny places. I can only have so many Ratata , geodudes, pidgey and paras in my Dex.

I have found the lazy person's way to hatch eggs - give your phone to a hyperactive child and let them run free.  Here, children.  Here is a pixy stick and a Surge.  Now go, go bring forth new life and hatch those eggs!  AND STOP WASTING MY POKEBALLS ON THOSE STUPID RATTATAS WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU

No srsly, I drank one and didn't sleep for 4 days.  It was 4 straight days of jittery, macaroni-bingeing, unblinking video games.

Wow! I can't believe somebody else remember Surge!!! I may or may not have an unopened 12 pack of the original stuff in the back on my pantry..... I was addicted to that stuff in high school, but it was next to impossible to find in IN. I went as far as asking family members to by me Surge when they went on vacation out of state! I had heard that it had come back, but I heard that it was exclusive to Amazon. Now I need to find some!

I've got no eggs to walk even though I've been to the pokestops.

Bummer! I always seems to have a full thing of eggs even though I do my best to hatch one a day. (I'd hatch more but I am not buying incubators...)

My 10 km egg hatched into a pinsir, which is semi common around here (I've caught like 5), but on the other hand, it's a cp 1178 Pinsir, so yay!

I let myself buy a $10 googleplay card each payday, and use it to get a couple incubators for my 5 or 10 km eggs only, my 2 km eggs I wait and use the unlimited one.
I have like 10 stops within a couple miles walk, so I've been walking in the morning at least a couple days a week, its been too hot here to walk more (100F or more every day), so i end up filling up my egg spots fast.

I haven't been playing much, seems pointless blind searching to me so I haven't been, nor have I had time to go to parks where you get great Pokemon and chill at a spot with 4 lures going at once. But I did manage to evolve a Mankey after receiving enough candies from an egg hatch, I'm oneee poliwag from a Poliwrath FINALLY, and I caught my 3rd Snorlax in the wild, 1700 CP, which is awesome cause my other two were super weak.

I turn it on if we are running errands, but we live in the middle of woods and cornfields--there's nothing around, not even weedle or rattata. We did sit in traffic for an hour to go a mile and a half the other night (semi truck rolled over in the median), so I was able to hatch a Porygon. Still level 14, my highest is a 10XX Vaporeon. This game is definitely not geared for rural players at all.

I mostly play at work (I know,I  know...bad Renia!) but summer semester means a lot less students to work with, so I'm not busy 90% of the time and just sitting at my desk anyway. Plus my building is a Pokestop, so it'd be a waste not take advantage of that.

I also play when I go on walks. I still don't play as much as I did a few weeks ago, though.

I really, really want things to get better in this game. I don't hate the most recent update as much as I did last week, but a lot of things still bug me. The tracker might as well not even be there if they're fixing it, and gyms aren't very fun unless your Pokémon are near 2000CP. I've been playing since day 1 and I just can't compete with some of these people, and that takes the fun out of it.

Found a second Scyther finally and gave it my last berry even though it was weak. It batted two of my last three balls away and broke out of the final one. He is anathema to me.
