Problem with latest dollyhair order

Anyone know the correct email to contact Tina at? I know she doesn't check it but I would like to give her a chance to rectify the problem before I file a paypal dispute. There was a hank missing from my order. I tried the new phone number and it states quite plainly that you should not leave a message because they don't check them.

Any help is appreciated.

the e-mail address I have for her is [email protected] looking back through old paypal invoices I have also found [email protected] and [email protected]

I've had no response at the [email protected] address, I might try the other two and see if they bounce back

I have emailed her once when one hank was missing from my order and she quickly replied.  So hope you get an answer via email.

Just went through my emails and it was the [email protected] address.  Fingers crossed for a response.  But maybe with Christmas they might be on holiday?

I hope this gets resolved for you but I honestly would open the Paypal case.  If Tina wants to make things right and make them up to you, she can do so after your money has been refunded.  If she needs you to re-pay her, she should have you re-order.  That way it's a totally new transaction and you will have protection should anything else go... astray. 

I've added Dollyhair to the Bad Traders List but that's about all I can do.  :(  *pony hugs*
