Very small gripe but hopefully someone else understands; you know the pumps that come with beauty products or shower/hand gels? Normally, you twist to 'unlock' them and start using them. But sometimes the pump nozzle twirls WITH the stem that goes into the liquid, so you're spinning it without it unlocking  :pout: So you need to open the tub, HOLD the stem and force the twist that actually allows the pump to be freed. Now imagine trying to do that in the shower!! My conditioner was like 'if you want to actually condition your hair, solve my puzzle!'

And then there are the ones which think their job is to splatter the tiles rather than deposit stuff into your hand for helpful use...

OMG yes. i had to throw out soap once because the stupid thing wouldn't open when twisted. and i couldn't just open it and decant either.

Taffeta, thank you for the explanation. it sounds like your local government isn't trying to win new supporters

I was gonna post about this but Zapper beat me to it lol. I'm surprised they didn't make them sooner, they're REALLY ramping up the homage or fandom dolls aren't they.

Much to my annoyance, I missed Free Comic Book Day, probably because my relationship with the major comics store is trash but I knew this MH comic was coming and wanted it dangit.

Thankfully, YouLoveIt.com has given the preview pages and I'll probably snatch up a digital copy as well.

It's a preview for a New IDW Publishing series and honestly I am liking what I'm seeing! The art style is neat, I like the little world building between Frankie and her dad and it reminds me of the Freaky Fusion building as well. I like the idea that 'Sparky' made Frankie's parents, and her parent's made her, sort of creation-becomes-creator kind of thing.

I also spotted this whilst looking up the New Scaremester title and I was shocked at the cover ghouls. Seriously?? TORALEI AND CLAWDEEN?!!?!? Clawdeen, ghoulfriend, you can do so much better than that! I want to get the comic just to see what nonsense is inside. I know the fandom headcanons Clawdeen as a lesbian, I like seeing her single and without a boo, but I'd support her having a SO but NOT Toralei!

This is the alternative cover, and I have two observations; Valentine looks weirdly younger, almost baby-faced here. And second, Spelldon looks a LOT like James Charles and that is DISTRACTING, it gives me the ick and the broccoli haircut is NOT helping.

(I've never liked James Charles, I found him unsettling and odd even BEFORE his big fall from grace)

Etsy is the devil, it's even worse when you see AMAZING things ... only for the shipping to be something stupid like £15 for one sticker  :pout: There are so many gorgeous pins and stickers I want but the shipping! THE SHIPPING!!

Not all sellers are like that, I got a funny bird sticker for my bank card as all bank cards have the same picture on it and it's boring, I wanted something to make it stand out and this sticker was perfect. The shipping was MUCH more reasonable!

I handed in gifts to people, and I've ordered something off Cameo to see how it works. If it works well, I'll probably do more orders, and order one for a friend for her birthday!

For some reason my scalp has been really bad lately. I'm not sure if I'm super-stressed and it's coming out as a scalp outbreak, but it's painful and embarrassing, and I can't stop clawing at it -_-

Addams Family (2019 version) Morticia and Wednesday will drop May 10th! 9th for Fang Club members. It's crazy how many MH dolls they've been putting out on Mattel Creations lately.

I really love them! I couldn't get the creature so maybe I'll be lucky this time and they are 105 in euros plus shipping x__x

Watched the first episode of Knuckles last weekend. It's...ok. Pretty cheesy and my husband and I agreed we can only stomach one episode a day. We have still only watched the first episode. XP We also started watching Fallout. There's no way I'd ever play the game but surprisingly the show has grown on me.

I think the Furbobs count. I want them too!

I'd love toys of the cartoon characters like Knight Shade, the witches, Tirac, the bees (I would kill for a Sting toy!), etc. Definitely a missed opportunity there.
DEFFO Furbobs!!!
I think this says enough about how much I want Knightshade!!!

Tirac would have been awesome!!!! Witch dolls too

BC: TACO-TASTIC!!!

I don't react well to wool so I avoid 100% wool where I can. Same with mohair, & angora has its own issues. So that chops the hand-dyed wool off my list as if I can't work with it comfortably, there's no point. There are some wool/acrylic blends I can work with, where the wool content is 20% or so, & they're not nearly so bad.
I got to noisy coffee & it was fun as usual. Afterwards more work on the knitting & crochet. The fox yarn isn't here yet but hopefully soon...
