I saw the one on eBay but that's a very different one. There are a couple on WorthPoint that sold last year but that site doesn't give price info.

I sold the one from Ebay.  She had some wear (dry, slightly frizzy hair) and no ear tag.  I sold another one in better condition for $70.  Both of those were SMALL Last Uni plushes from Germany.  There was also a larger German version that was poseable (had a wire frame).  I would price a NM large German one with tags at $200, and a large one with some wear and no tags at $150 - 175.

The one you have is American, not German, and she's the large version.  (There's also a small version.)  Yours definitely has some wear; looks like she's been through the washing machine.  And she's missing the thread around her horn that makes it look spiral.  No neck tag either.  I saw a NM one with neck tag for $300 about 2 years ago on Ebay.  She sat there for a while, but someone finally bought her.  I'd price yours for at least $100 even with the wear.

I think Galactica has one NM with neck tag; you might want to ask her too.

I have seen these pop up, the prices are usually high, but I have never seen one in such played with condition so I'm not sure.

I was hoping with the license now being controlled by the author, there might be some more merch (okay specifically toys) So far not much...

Nope- don't own a real one. I think I have a fakie.  I'm sure I posted a pic of one I found before though if someone had asked- I love Last Unicorn Merch and do keep track of it.  Still waiting for new stuff although that seems increasingly unlikely at this point.  Too bad really! It is SUCH a popular license, I'm sure plushies of the Unicorn and Red Bull and maybe even chibis of the human characters- would have sold like gangbusters.
