Thanks all! I'd love to see inside and look for signs of a rehair (string, maybe?), but I'm very reluctant to take her head off as it's on in place/so tight

Pretty cool to think she may be an oddball, but I'm sure she has an interesting story, however it may occurred!  ^.^

Pony Corral / Merry Go Round Flower Bouquet with Mainsail’s tail?
« on: April 14, 2024, 09:52:38 AM »
Hey all!

I’ve recently come across Flower Bouquet, but noticed she has Mainsail’s tail. Her head is on super tight and in the correct place, definitely doesn’t look tampered with. This could be a re-tail directly from the tail hole, but the hole doesn’t look particularly worn and the tail itself isn’t loose like I would be expect.

Both head and tail are in place and very tight, so not sure how this would’ve been managed if this were a re-tail. The washer does sound loose, but that’s about it.

Just wondered if this could’ve been a factory error? Pics below, any thoughts appreciated!  ^.^

MLP Nirvana / MOC Piggy Minty price check x

Morning all!

I was lucky enough to happen upon a MOC Piggy Minty (regular version), just wondering what she might fetch?

Her packaging is good - there’s a small split in the bubble by her feet and the backing picture has completely faded to nothing, aside from that it’s quite minimal wear. I’ll try to get some pics up soon ^.^

I recently spotted a MOC Piggy Cotton Candy sell for £3000, but I’m not holding out that kind of hope here haha! Any ideas welcome, thanks guys!!!! Hope you’re all staying safe

MLP Nirvana / Re: Princess Royal Blue Variant Price Check Please?

Oh my, just seen this! Princess variants are my weakness . I sold her MIB a few years ago for $1000, with accessories and all - I deeply regret it now.

99p?! In a charity shop?! I’m not crying...

Not sure if she’s sold yet, but I wouldn’t price her any lower than £200-£250 to start with as this one doesn’t pop up a lot, though she’s not as rare as her glow in the dark counterpart. Agreed it depends on who’s looking though.

Congratulations, she’s so beautiful! :inlove:

Trader & Shipping Support / Re: Problem with eBayer

Oh my, it gets better!

I've been put through to a manager and I asked what would happen if I see her selling the item on?  That is surely breaking the rules as she made a false claim saying she didn't receive it, got her money back, but then sold it on.

And apparently, you'll love this, that's not against the rules! Because I wouldn't be able to actually prove that the item she's selling is the one I originally refunded her for! And also, as eBay never forced me to refund her and I did it to close the case and try to make peace, it's on me and I have nowhere to turn.

I even pointed out that the buyer admitted they only assumed the package was from me because the postage mark came from the UK.... they admitted this in the messages for the reps to see, but apparently makes no difference.

The negative feedback is "merely a reflection of the buyers experience, so cannot be removed" and "we are not an insurance company so it is not our place to decide who is lying". Direct quotes.

Watch out folks, the Bay is getting worse...
