Thank you for all the kind remarks, the magnet wings were a real challenge. I hadn't seen anything like them either and I really wanted to do something new with this custom (I like to learn something new each time) and so this came about.

For more pictures visit my tumblr: http://dreambakermod.tumblr.com/post/140768965774/completed-commission-for-joe-of-earth-bound-i-amvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginI am really proud of this one, though it took a lot of work, what I like most about him though is that his wings are interchangeable! I actually had to redo the body because when I put the head on the magnets came loose, I thought to put holes in the body for the magnets and that didn't work so I ended up having to start over and repaint a new body.

Absolutely gorgeous! Where did you get the hair? It seems to be different than the usual glow hair and closer to the usual nylon hair.

I remember seeing a post on the large Big Mac Funko....I found the link!

Oh hey! That's my post, yeah mine was rather intensive and included a table saw. It turned out though, that you can just boil them apart.

I'd ask PrincessGryph or rather look for them on here as they have made posts on it. They are the main Funko customiser.

Have you tried Walgreens or Walmart? I got a Fluttershy from Walgreen's for pretty cheap ($8) a while ago.

@ NoDivision and Firecracker
It was posted in the same section as the other official mlp hair they have and it is completely different. I know I have seen MH dolls in particular haired with GitD that looks identical to the standard hair, so I'm not sure why this is different.

I'm glad someone else was helped with this post. I kept trying to fix the hair and it just got worse and worse, horrible snarl, like Halloween cobwebs.

I hadn't a clue about it, and I tried to get it untangled and it is a whole big mess. RIP my $4

visitors can't see pics , please register or loginWant to post this as a heads up for others. I ordered the Dollyhair glow in the dark white, and while it does glow great it is a completely different material. It feels more like frayed dental floss, it's softer and finer, but tangles to heck. The pick is after one conditioner treatment and an attempt to brush, I am giving it another treatment and hoping that works (update if it does) just want other customisers know it isn't the same as the nylon mlp hair.

The only red colors they have in stock right now are
Candy apple Pomme D'Amour
So I'll see about getting both and if neather work Then I'll just pass em around the arena As I don't do a lot of rehairs I can't make more then One or two customs a year.
Too bad I didn't see Caliente like you sugested :/
If you need someone to rehair for you I'd be happy to for a small fee. I find it mildly therapeutic.

I read some people use 2 hanks others use 3 on a Zilla, I am working on one too and bought 3 hanks just to be safe.
