Thanks! I was wondering this. Unfortunately, some of the sellers of the variants are no longer selling any ponies.
Quote from: teresat on April 15, 2012, 10:44:02 AMThanks! I was wondering this. Unfortunately, some of the sellers of the variants are no longer selling any ponies. I saw that, too! I wonder if this is a result of people asking Hasbro people if Pony was real. They may have cracked down after that. I would rather being able to see crazy variant ponies, than know if Pony was real a month or two before it is released.
Thanks for the list! Currently drooling over that alicorn Rarity right now.
Thanks for the offer, Sarahbee. I will be updating things in 3 weeks when I get back from a business trip, so I may just use some pics. Thanks
Wow it's getting really obvious, seeing some of these, that some of the factory workers are grabbing any old pony parts and sticking them together to make a quick online sale. Some of these are most likely real prototypes, like Minty and Pony. But Hasbro would never put an adult head on a filly body, even as a prototype. That's just someone fooling around with spare parts. Also noticed lots of these 'prototypes' have a random tail from another pony, which also implies the spare parts theory.
