I'm working on a Bubbles (PowerPuff Girls) outfit for a photoshoot, and I'm almost done with it.
I only need one more thing: a mini high hat / top hat for my Octi!

Is there someone who can make one for me, possibly from felt?

Have you tried looking up a tutorial to make one? They aren't super terrible mostly using wire to make a frame and such. I had a couple years ago and took maybe an hour? There are some great YouTube tutorials. If you don't make one yourself though I wish you the best of luck in finding someone.

Making one yourself may be your best bet, as Maddie said there are lots of tutorials online. Good luck!

Any news? I hope you'll be able to find someone to make this for you, it doesn't look too complicated. Maybe you could add a picture of the character so those who are not familiar with the Power Puff Girls could get a better idea of what you're looking for?
