Hi all. I need some assistance/advice from folks more in the know.
I placed 2 separate orders with DollHair.com on November 12th. One of the orders arrived, but the second never showed up. I sent an email asking about it with no response just after Thanksgiving. I sent a second email on the 14th, again with no response. I feel as though I gave the site more than enough time to respond to me, as well as receive my order.
Finally on the 17th I opened a dispute with PayPal over the order. They say that I have 20 days from the day I opened the dispute to bump it up to a claim with them.
Honestly, at this point I just want my money back, as I placed an order for similar colors from another vendor. Especially after seeing others on the arena here that have had orders outstanding from DH since October. How long should I be waiting until I move this up to a claim? My dispute hasn't received any response from the seller, which I'm not surprised at. I just want this done with as quickly as possible.
