I chased my fiance around Target with her the other day.
She's so, so very pretty.

When people tell me that my hand-made plushies look like they came from a toy store, it's really not the compliment they think it is. :yikes:

Yeah, looks real cuddly to me.
(Also, don't put 'Twilight Sparkle pillow' into Google images unless you want to see a bunch of those creepy body pillows. >_< Granted, that's what I was expecting to see beforehand, but still.)

Plush are one of those things I prefer to buy in person for this very reason. About half of them look way too messed up!

LOL i remember when Froglight sparkle came out, shes very cute IRL and looks nothing like that DISCUSTING stock photo. As for the freaky Twilight cuddle pillow, I still see her at Target. My husband HATES her, the drama got soooo bad where he made a scene and now she lives in the closet because at night he could see her 'staring' at her.

I have to agree with Lala, I actually love my giant cuddle pillow Twilight. She's much cuter IRL than in that stock photo.
And, to be fair, G4 has gotten a nice amount of good plushies. Everyone rags on the Funrise ones, but the larger ones are nice and 4DE has made the best plushies imo, they're just slow as all heck with releasing them. The giant plush in Target may be ugly (I will forever agree with that statement because eww) but it isn't the only plush that exists.

You captured my favorite part about this plush...that tiny little embroidered smile. lol That's hilarious that your husband made you put it in the closet. You should just move it around the house and leave it in random locations.

I JUST got excited to see her butt sticking out at Target the other day and literally switched to D: face when I saw her head. HORRIBLY HORRIBLY UGLY. I can't believe they even said 'okay yeah let's sell that.'

OMG Delphine.... I think I WILL put her her random locations around our home LMAO!!!! Omg how funny that would be LOL!!! I did something very similar to that with my Storyteller Twilight plushie!! He came home from work a night I didnt work LOL as soon as I saw him park the car I turned her on and set her on the bed! I hid in the bathroom and I heard him yell, "WHAT THE BLEEP! That thing is CREEPY!" I think I still have the vid on my IG waay back then because I recorded it!
Agreed, the 4DM plushies are awesome!!! I am in love with my 4DM Twilight :-)

Sadly....thats how they are mass-produced! They all look like that, some worse than the others!!! O____o I guess, well, maybe you can remove the knots of thread that are holding her mouth in a duck shape but LOL....

I've never given them a good enough look to try and figure out exactly what's wrong, though. I'd imagine it's a combination of a bunch of problems.
