Hmm, this is a good idea for a thread - I was just thinking the other day that my ponysona seriously needs updating! I would be a G3 unicorn, probably in the diva pose, dark purple with black or grey stocking markings and black-and-purple hair. My symbol would be a crescent moon with an eye held between its points, like the tattoo on the back of my hand.

Yes, well, except that my avatar is a Filly-style version. Also she normally doesn't wear that nun coif, it was just put on to empathize the calm, holy aura that masked my ungodly amount of rage I had at that time.

This is my ponysona, her name is Darling Melody and she's a unicorn who lives in Canterlot! She has a dragon assistant because she attended Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns and hatched her (in my canon, it's normal for ponies to keep the dragons they hatch if it is fully hatched during the testing process and the pony is shown to be responsible). I chose all of this because I grew up taking the gifted classes in school and graduated with high academic achievements. Her special talent is making playlists and she works in different stores around Canterlot. Her cutie mark represents this with the heart shaped headphones. It's based off my love for music and the fact that my real life job has me work in many different stores. She also has a coltfriend, Sockhop, who is based off my own boyfriend.
She's a unicorn because they're my favorite. Her color scheme is based off myself (pale, blue eyes, blonde hair), and she's 50's themed because I really like that era. The dragon idea is because I really just love dragons and want more of them in MLP.

I've been trying to figure this out for myself for so long! I think I've come pretty darn close with my avatar (which was made on DollDivine)...I really want to be a unicorn, but StarCatcher is my favorite pony and it would be amazing if we could be related!

Pink, purple, and blue are my favorite colors, and I've always been in love with stars. Her eyes are grey because mine are too, though mine are a little darker. As for the bow I just...really love bows!

My hair is actually purple right now too...as you can see, I'm a Pony Princess in real life!

This is my ponysona Greenwing, which I based off of a greenwing macaw cause I love parrots so much . I even included y green cheek conure Ivan :3

The ponysona I've always used is called Last Bastion, a G3 style Earth Pony.  She is brown with a grey mane and tail, cropped relatively short.  She also has large patches of grey spots on her body, dark red eyes, and a patched together looking shield as her symbol.  Her design is supposed to be reminiscent of a chupacabra, hence her colors and spots.  She also accessorized with a yellow scarf and a navy blue shirt.  I really should get around to drawing her!
